Great experience. The manager, Bill, listened well, was knowledgeable, real, and honest. Everyone was friendly and made me feel welcome. The prices are fair. I had my oil changed and tires rotated. They also checked my battery and alternator for free! I highly recommend this business.

Really helpful with my car with it needing all brake pads replaced. Got there when they opened, had a thorough estimate they promptly fixed my car. Definitely recommend.

Overall, this is one of my best experience with auto shops. Every individual I was in contact with in regards to my car was professional and made it easy for me to understand what exactly happened. My caliper broke, causing a complete loss of brake fluid, leading to not having brakes at all. My car was fixed the next day, as I scrambled to get the parts as they were under warranty from somewhere else. The fact that they allow customers to bring their own parts is AWESOME!! 10 outta 10 would recommend. I’ll definitely be coming back as a regular customer for regular maintenance!! Thank you guys so much!!

I went back and forth as to whether or not I would share my experience. To be fair, I will say up front that I did not have any work done, so I can't speak about their workmanship or the products that they use. I went into the store to get an estimate on on my company car so that I could get approval from our fleet manager to get the front rotors and pads replaced. Again in the interest of honesty, I didn't have them inspect the car as I was only looking for a ballpark price to send to our manager. When the "ballpark" number reached a possible seven or eight hundred dollars, I knew that I would not be having the brakes done by Brakes Plus. Again, to be fair, I didn't tell anyone that I do most of the work on our "family fleet" of seven cars. Including brakes, of which I've done half of a dozen front, rear or full brake jobs in the past year. In the end, I did the job myself, spent $127 and not quite 2 hours time. Honestly, I don't know if their ballpark number was fair or not. Or maybe I'm just too old and cheap to pay the going rate.

I went there on a whim..I AM SO GLAD I DID. They got me in quickly..Antonio gave me multiple options for my brakes services needed. I went for the cheapest price. He had it done in 45mins! If your car takes longer they offer a concierge service!

Brakes Plus is amazing! I got my brake pads completely switched out recently. The team is super helpful and reasonable with pricing. They also have Financing available. Thank you JP and the rest of the team for great helpful service! Never going back to my dealership for repairs!

I brought my Escape in with an oil leak. The techs and general manager were great! They found the leak and made all repairs needed! I will definitely bring my vehicle back and highly recommend the Brakes Plus on Pine Lake Road!

I am stunned with the customer service! Went in unsure of what I needed fixed, aside from doing my brakes, and they were fantastic walking me through it. Knowledgeable and personable, I was able to real talk with them and figure out the best way to get me going. I definitely appreciate Zachariah and the guys there! Highly suggested for sure!

I had my brakes serviced there last week and they were very professional but also casual and easy to talk to. They took me back to the garage and showed me the work that my car needed and what they recommended, then typed up an estimate and went over options with me before they started any work so there were no surprises. They also paid for a lyft to get me home all the way back in Denton. Will definitely be coming back for future service.
