Brakes Plus

I went in knowing I probably needed my brake pads replaced but not sure what else would need fixing since I have a 2005 vehicle. I was able to make an appt online as well which took me a total of like 2 minutes. They did a free inspection, then showed me everything they found on my car that needed fixing. They took extra time to thoroughly explain everything so I understood. They worked with me to get the best deals and gave me multiple coupons that I didn't even know about. They even offered for me to buy my own parts to cut expenses and bring them in if that worked better for me. They were very kind and got me an amazing deal. They were able to fix my car in a couple hours which was another big plus. Overall the best experience I've had and really recommend this place to anyone.

Had major issues at another shop. They got me in right away. Fixed my issues in less than an hour. Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. Great Job Guys!!!!!!

The other review I saw saying they try to scam college aged girls is true, as a college aged girl I went there for just an oil change and they tried to tell me my brake pads were wearing out and I knew that sounded phony to me already since I know the noise they make when they are getting bad. I told them my dad would fix them for me and he still kept trying to insist, even though I already said no. Dad checked all the brake pads and they’re all fine. Also they listened to my CDs which is kinda weird but thats just a side note.

Found out my brakes were actually new when I thought they were close to needing replaced! They were honest and gave me a quote for something I may need in the future but didn’t try to force me into anything or tell me I needed something I didn’t need. Will be back for sure.

Took my car in to have inspected and got an outrageous quote for a couple steering and suspension parts…. Had 3 alignments done at this locations and burnt threw a whole set of tires so I took it somewhere else and the alignment was fixed right now everything’s fine… As far as the guys there, the cashier there kept telling me everything was ok on it after each alignment but something just wasn’t right. I asked for the before and after tests and they said the computer was down and couldn’t get it for me and then after fixing the computer they said they were unable to retrieve the before and after. Come to find out they didn’t do the alignment at all the last time I took it in.

They were able to get my vehicle in for repair an hour after I called and I could pick my car up on the same day with all repairs made. They explained in detail what repairs were recommended in the near future in detail. I will definitely return.

Quality customer care! Ryan the general manager was very friendly, got me in fast for an appointment, and changed a part that was covered under warranty. He even sent a Lyft to come pick me up to bring me to the store so I could pick up my car when it was ready!

My honest review as I gave my word; 1. Customer services: 5/5!! Very friendly and smiling make you confidently coming back 2. Getting your service on the scheduled time 4/5, my car didn’t get pulled out of the lot till 30 min past the appointment, which I understand they were busy. 3. Keeping my car floor clean: 2/5 .. the floor got stains from the mechanic’s shoes 🤦🏻‍♀️- I wish they used paper on the floor to avoid that to happen. Over all, they got good service, maybe I will remind them to use something before they hopped into my car next time
