I wanted an alignment check for my 2012 Toyota Camry with only 75000 miles. I made an appointment and my wife took the car 15 minutes early. She waited for 90 minutes and then she was told that they were behind. My wife did an appointment for the next day and left the car. She was called and was told later that the car needed new rear shocks and front lower ball joints and that the total was going to be $3800. The car was checked by the dealer when they did front and rear brake pads and rotors 5000 miles ago and said that everything was OK. I said no to the unnecessary upcharge and asked them to please check the alignment. When I picked up the car they were rude and patronizing. They told me that there was no point in checking the alignment, that the Toyota Camry the rear camber and caster are adjustable (which they aren't) and refused to put in writing the estimate. By then it was Saturday noon and I was not able to schedule any appointment for the weekend somewhere else.

Got my vehicle done the same day, if I were to take it to graham's it would have taken 2 days and decide whether they fixed it or not I will continue my business here at brakes plus

Initially things were fine but unfortunately a wrench was left clamped to our vehicle by the staff. This seems to have caused additional vehicular issues. They replaced everything but then said, "The transmission is making noises."

My engine light had been on and blinking for about two days, but with my work I wasn’t able to get it in soon as I would have liked. Bill was able to come over to my work and get my keys so they could work on my car for me. They finished only an hour after my shift ended, so the wait wasn’t to long for it. Great service with going the extra mile to help me out and get it fixed.
