The gym was alright but the manager and the owner are shady human beings. If you go to cancel your membership make sure you keep the copy of the paper you signed or they'll "lose" it and charge you for 12+ months after. I hope I get my money back so I don't have to go through the trouble of filing a small claim. By the looks of other reviews I've read, I'm not the first person to go through this! P.S. Planet Fitness is better and they keep records electronically, so they don't misplace customers documents.

Joined a few days ago, had my first workout this morning and I really like this place. Plenty of machines/equipment/etc. Lockeroom has a good size and the staff is really nice and eager to help you with whatever they can. Would definitely recommend this place.

I really love this Gym. The staff is awesome! They are encouraging and super friendly. I really like their new Matrix treadmills and elliptical great for watching Netflix, Hulu etc. sure helps make the time go by. The gym offers great equipment at an incredible value.

Evan French will help you meet your fitness goals. Stellar personality, knowledgeable and he really adds a nice, personal/professional touch to the gym atmosphere. He greets me with a warm welcome every time, and is enthusiastic about helping other members meet their fitness goals. 10/10 Evan French for the WIN!

New class they have called Sprint 8 is absolutely amazing. Besides my job I am not really active. After this 20 min class I can feel the difference in my mood and how I feel. The people here are nice and willing to help you out. Glad I am going there. It beats the last few gyms I have gone to. Also you have an amazing trainer named Koren. Absolutely love working with this lady!!! She makes you feel good about yourself and helps you to improve with such an amazingly positive attitude. This woman is amazing and a blast to work with!!!!

Great atmosphere and staff. They have a huge selection of equipment in addition to two tanning beds, one red light therapy bed, two hydro massage beds, and other massage chairs. The membership fee is extremely affordable at either $10 or $20 a month. I also like that they have a women's only area upstairs. It feels like a comfortable place for people of all fitness levels.

Wonderful gym to workout in! Very friendly staff and their enthusiasm is a great encouragement to me to meet my fitness goals. Thank you for being awesome.

I've been working out with Jake Herscheid since July 2021 and he's the real deal. He's super supportive, cares about your goals, and pushes you in a positive way by focusing on proper form and technique.

This business is ripping my mother off. I actually prefer the word scammers. The personal trainer spoke harshly to her, bullied her into a "contract" even though she had a bad hip, then refused to cancel her contract even with a doctor's note saying she could not do the excercises. Even during her hip surgery, they charged her the full contract time plus additional months even after her going in there in person to cancel. Additionally, my sister visiting from out of state, went 3 times as a guest and when my mom was in last to cancel again and asked for a refund, they not only told her they didn't have a "corporate" to handle her issue, couldn't give her a refund but also that my sister, owed them $400. (Again, who only had been there 3 times as a guest and lives over a thousand miles away

Excellent, friendly staff that don't pressure you (if you don't want). The prices are very affordable and the facilities are nice. I recommend Blue Moon Fitness to everyone.
