Blue Moon Fitness - Lincoln

Of course I rate it as a zero star! I signed for $10 a month! I changed my credit card and Ms gave them my new one but somehow they didn’t update my new info. and I found out they charged me double on price saying I didn’t show them my new card! Obviously it was the employee’s fault when he didn’t update it. I went to talk to a gay who was in charge but I felt so disrespected by him and saying I was lying by not taking my new card! I will never go there again and planet fitness is a way better place and nice people. I would recommend it to friends

Even with my handicap I feel very comfortable there. The staff is professional yet fun. I was shown some wonderful exercises by my trainer that I need specifically for my situation with my handicap. There we go

This club is amazing. They replaced all their equipment a few years ago and they are currently doing an extensive remodel of the facility. I can't wait to see it when they are done. I don't understand how they can do so much and offer memberships for just $10 a month. I read some of the bad reviews and laughed. I bet they are from people who have been asked to leave the facility. What I like best is how so many of the members are regular people, not a bunch of gym people. My biggest complaint is they don't have a location in south Lincoln.

I have never been to a gym more accepting an understanding of my health and personal limits. they challenge me to do better each time I go and it's an affordable cost!

Here's the deal, Blue Moon Fittness is a great beginner's gym the staff will be upfront and honest with you and let you know that this is not the gym for everyone...they DO NOT increase your membership fee for complaints and there is NO 12 month agreement for the basic membership. The staff is super friendly if you ever have a question about a certain lift or a workout they are always willing to help. This gym is awesome

Locker room is run down and gross. I refuse to pee, or shower here. Equipment is great tho. Women only room is nice.. to bad it's on the second floor

MOST of their staff is really nice, Koren is an awesome personal trainer. But they scammed me into signing a contract with pure core right before this company stopped providing the service and then Blue Moon basically estated that it is now my problem and they can't fix the situation. Then they took money from my account without my consent, for a service that I didn't sign up for, and never gave it back. Very dishonest with their customers. And if you are a parent but don't have anyone to watch your kid for you to go to the gym, forget about working out. You can't take your kid with you.

I really enjoy this place. Its one of the best gyms in town for a no pressure, not overly priced and comfortable atmosphere. The staff are friendly and professional and great at helping answer questions.

I started working out here 2 years ago and absolutely love it. The staff. . Spencer, Joe, Kevin and Larry were very welcoming and friendly. With their encouragement I stayed on task to reach my fitness goals and I love them for that. The atmosphere is great and unintimidating. Machines are kept up on and I love the red light therapy bed and massage chairs to boot. Prices are excellent and well worth it
