I wish I could give this place negative stars - I have never been so repulsed by a business in both their business practices and their employees... Where to start? From the business end - I went in to overnight a package from Kearney NE to Overland Park KS for work - time sensitive and important to get there the next day - I was given two premium price points - one to have it there by 10:30 am the next day and one to have it there by 7 pm. I paid $150 to get it there by 10:30 am. Needless to say it didn't make it. I called and spoked to a gal who said they would refund 'that portion' - she didn't say what portion, and I was more concerned with the package - she told me it would make it by 7 pm. It did not. I called the next morning, got the same gal - she tells me her manager (Chris) would be in at 10:00 am and would call me. I called at 11:30 - she got Chris - I explained what happened and he tells me because none of the times are guaranteed - they make it most of the time - I responded that's nice, but what about the times you don't? I paid a premium to have my package delivered by 10:30 am on a specific day and it didn't arrive on that day at all - so, why did I pay the premium? I asked for a refund of the premium amount - not even the entire $150 - he refused repeating there was no guarantee - did not care in the least that I paid a premium price for a service that I did not receive - disgusting. He began continually repeating himself and talking over me - not listening to anything I said - Overland Park is 5 hours and 15 minutes from Kearney - it took two days to get there, even after I paid the premium - and absolutely no consideration from Chris - they just pocketed the money and went to the bank - no concern at all that they hadn't earned the payment Secondly, when I went to the store to overnight the package a man named Gary was working the counter. As I pulled into the parking lot I notices a young woman in uniform leaving the store and heading toward the fast food restaurants. I parked and entered the store - I am the only customer in the store. Gary told me to place my package on the scale. He began looking up my account on the computer - I hear the door open behind me as another customer entered. Gary says "what's in the box?" I respond "a xxxxxx". Gary looks at me and says "I'm talking to him" - I look behind me and a gentleman has entered with a large box - he responds to Gary that it is a grill for a specific vehicle - it is apparent Gary enjoys cars so he completely stops working on my transaction while he chats with the next customer, who apparently is a regular. In the course of that conversations he says "Yeah, I'm here alone right now - 'Little Kathmandu' went for lunch"... WHAT?!?! The young lady who was leaving the store when I arrived was of Indian descent - I don't know if I have ever seen such a blatant display of bigotry from a store clerk This is a business that doesn't care about how they treat people - it doesn't matter if you are a customer or an employee - total disregard for fellow human beings - FedEx is less expensive and located in the back of the OfficeMax store right down the street - Never had a problem there - I will never, ever return to the UPS store in Kearney NE

Never use this store. I went there to ship out a pair of shoes that I had sold on a second-hand selling app because ups is the only service that they ship through. When I got there, the lady was very impatient and didn’t seem to care about making sure my package was handled with care. I was just notified by the team at the company that I sold my shoes on, received my shoes in a damaged box and that I would need to review the order and consider giving the buyer a discount for the inconvenience. In short, never use this ups branch to ship packages unless you want to waste someone’s time and your money.

I have been to this store several times and my mom recent visit was outstanding. It was very clean and organized and smelled so fresh and clean! The manager introduced himself and was very kind. Much needed changes were made and I am very impressed to say the least!

I recently had an important family painting shipped by this location to Texas. I was assured that extra care would be taken with the painting even when it was on the truck. To say the packing was poor would be an understatement. You could actually reach in and grab the painting so the box didn't even completely enclose it. I also purchased extra insurance. I was unable to track it at times. I guess I expect more from UPS as I have used them for many years to ship items. If this is the best UPS can do maybe I need to look at FedEx in the future. Maybe they would take better care of something that means so much to a customer.

I had a very awkward product that I had been trying to package for a week, finally thought maybe I should check with UPS to see if they could help me. Help me- they sure did!!! The packaging was beautifully done, like art work watching the process. The staff was so friendly with great customer service. We all know how horrible good employees are to find right now and customer service is considered a thing of the past; well not at the UPS store. I will definitely go back!!

I have been going here for several years. Today was a pleasant surprise: personable, knowledgeable n considerate was the bearded wonder behind the counter! He acknowledged people when they came, apologized for the line while offering a woman a chair who was having difficulty standing. Great job young man! You are good for business n I hope they give you a raise on your six month review! You deserve it!

Place isn't open. It's being remodeled. Where else can a person return Amazon packages? Ups off 11th is only open 330 to 6pm. It's a joke when this store is closed.
