NO LONGER A NOTARY SERVICE. Looked for a notary. Google maps and even their online UPS store online indicates you can schedule an appointment for a notary. But NOPE there is no notary. No signage indicating they no longer offer notary service. The gal should have handled the situation with better customer service.

On 06/15/2021 at 2:23pm I called this store to ask about holiday hours and the employee was very short, told me he was busy and hung up on me. I called back and asked to talk to the manager. He told me the manager was in Timbucktoo and that he is manager today. Again he hung up on me. Rudest customer service EVER!

Two gentlemen with very strong accents and dark hair kept trying to make me purchase bags for $3 each instead of the perfectly fine boxes I broke and then laughed at me for saying that we can use tape to reinforce them if it was such a concern. He also laughed at me for asking if he would recycle them for me. He was super pushy about buying things to be able to ship a free Amazon return. Not a great experience.... maybe because I was wearing a pink shirt? Idk man....

The UPS store in Kearney Nebraska is absolutely HORRIBLE! The “workers” and “manager” are extremely rude and do not know what they are talking about. The manager was eating and watching a movie when I came in and acted like I was bothering him by me coming in and needing something shipped off. Not only did he NOT send off my package, they LOST it so I had to pay 300$ for “unreturned equipment” that I did give to UPS to send off. When I even called the UPS customer service number to talk to someone even that lady was extremely rude to me! I will NEVER use ups again. And I will highly not recommend ever going to the Kearney ups store!!!! HORRIBLE!!!

Stopped by with multiple packages the other day and the cashier Kimberley was so kind and patient with me!! She made my hectic crazy day somewhat bearable!!! I will now always come to this location to send my packages!!!

The staff is great…fast, efficient and most importantly have an amazing personalities…always cheerful and cracking jokes with customers….personally my favorite UPS store…Special thanks to the manager who always goes the extra mile…great job guys, keep it up 👏👏👏 …

I have never had an issue here. Staff pretty well know me by name at this point. I have all my UPS mail delivered to the store for pickup so I don't have to trust my neighbors won't run off with my boxes. It is generally more expensive to ship things from here than it would be the post office, but that's corporate level policy and not the fault of this location.

Normally this place has been very easy to work with. However, on Saturday March 6th 2021, they closed early without notice. This ended up costing me over $230. I drove an hour out of my way only to find they were closed and my amazon return window was missed. I have also had 3 amazon returns go missing after using this location.
