Avoid this place, Very bad customer service. Told me all things I did wrong and would not print my need label directed me to go home and do it.

I had a return to Amazon. I thought it was going to be a big deal, it wasn’t!! The staff was so helpful and i was in & out in less than 5 min!

I think they must have packed everything ok but the shipping charges seemed really out of whack. I do a lot of online shopping and for a 4 pound package to cost $50 to ship, over and above packing,, just seemed really high.

Asked for one page to be printed. The copy was of a label but I ask it NOT be printed as a label just a copy instead. They charged me $1.25 said it was of a label. So beware of being over charged if you want a copy of a label not an actual label.

Delivery sucks, and the lady on the phone was rude and unhelpful and pretty much said it wasnt her problem the fact that my package wasnt being delivered and they were shipping it back. Would not recommend, terrible customer service.

No corporate retail shipping services available here. They will send you to costumer center downtown, which is not a retail facility. Don’t waste your time with this type of service.

Most places only charge $1 to print off a shipping label from Amazon. This place charges $3! When the item I was shipping only cost $7 and it already cost me $5 for S&H to return it, I felt a little jipped. I may as well have thrown it in the trash right there. Again, most places only charge $1 some of them just print it for free. So if you must send something by UPS, plan accordingly and AVOID having to print at this store. Or go to another store.

Employee at this store at 3:40 pm on 11/30/2020 did not have his face mask covering his nose. The service was fine, just please make sure to educate your employees about proper COVID-19 protocols!
