Placed a $500 deposit on a Jeep, a week before I was supposed to return home from a deployment, because one of the salesmen told me that would take it off the market. I canceled homecoming plans and bought a plane ticket to Nebraska for as soon as I landed. 2 hours before I got on my flight home I got an email saying "the Jeep was just sold"... On top of that, after a month of them not returning my deposit like I asked them to, I had to reach out to my bank and have them handle it.. Definitely not an experience I wanted after getting back from a stressful work trip

Very friendly staff, they did everything to make sure I was well taken care of from ordering my truck to getting it in. Their service is still going as I come in to look at upgrades for it, everyone is very helpful and ready to get you back on the road.

Midway offers "hassle free" pricing that was better than we could find elsewhere in Nebraska, Iowa or Kansas. Nick treated us like long-time clients rather than treating us like a one-time transaction which we really appreciate. Our trade-in negotiation was efficient and fair. We drove from Lincoln and would do that again to deal with this dealership.

Took my vehicle in there for a misfire, they told me it was fixed. Charged me $300 to replace spark plugs that I told him was only fouled because it had a misfire. They didn't believe me, and the guy was rude to me and my wife and come to find out they were wrong and they should have listened to me. Had the vehicle for 2 days and he wanted to argue with me about the problem that still there.

I used to highly recommend this company to people. Until I got a used vehicle from them. A little back story. I’ve purchased 8 vehicles from midway as a company. Some brand new, some used. I most likely won’t be back after my last experience detailed below. I took my car in to trade it in to them, wanted something with 4x4 or AWD. I was referred to a dodge Durango. It was a little older and with more miles then I wanted, but it filled the check marks I was looking for. I paid for the vehicle in full. And went on my way. Well, three days later I had a inspection done by a third party, which lead to issues that could have resulted in a blown motor. I immediately have those issues resolved. And in the process of having them resolved I sent messages to the salesman who sold me the vehicle to only have them read but ignored. We will get more into that later….. the only thing I asked was to help pay for the repairs. As spending 17,000 on a used vehicle and having to put almost 2 grand into repairs less then 3 days after owning it, didn’t sit well with me. Anyways that we will get into that later part, I reached out to the proper people, the managers, to help resolve this only to be ignored and brushed off to the side. So I got back ahold of the salesman. And told him unless this is resolved, I won’t ever be back nor will I recommend anyone to them. I was told that was blackmail. I’m leaving them no choice but to help. Shocker, it shouldn’t have been a choice in the first place. Your company should have helped with the repairs of the vehicle you just sold. Because of this experience, I can’t and I won’t recommend anyone to this dealership. And I won’t be back either. How can I trust a company who is willing to ignore complaints, because they already got their money?

Purchased a low-value truck and was treated with respect! Nick was very personable and made the experience much better than any of my past dealings with a dealer. Also, the lady in the finance office was courteous and quick!
