Midway Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram

Went to ask for help on my Chrysler. Sales person was super nice but as soon as I got to the parts section the guy that helped me wouldn't even take the time to listen to me to know what I actually needed help with. All he did was print off a piece of paper telling I need to call them, guess what the paper he printed off for me isn't what I needed..So I will just take my business to another Chrysler shop. Which is disappointing cause I bought my car from Midway.. just after that whole experience, I much rather give my money to someone who would take 5 maybe 10 mintues out of their day to really listen to what I need for my car.. so I definitely would not recommend if you have to deal with the parts section!

It was a long wait for my truck to come in and my salesman Lincoln was accommodating with questions I had during the along the way.

Chris Campbell was amazing to work with. He was incredibly helpful & resourceful! He answered all of my questions and found exactly what I was looking for. Will definitely be a repeat customer!

Nate, the service manager assigned to my vehicle, did an excellent job communicating with me before and during my service. He was the only manager working that afternoon and did a great job multitasking and making sure everyone was taken care of.

Repaired my Jeep quickly, professionally, and politely. It was an excellent experience, except for the part about needing a repair, but that was not their fault. ... 1/29/22 Update Another excellent job by the service department at Midway Jeep. Nathan was patient and thorough when he explained the issues to me and walked me through my options. He knew the answers to all of my questions and explained them well without a hint of talking down to me for not already knowing those things. Midway Jeep has treated me honestly and fairly in every transaction I have had with them. I recommended them to a friend who purchased a vehicle from them as well. They have gone out of their way to be kind to him as well. I am a fan of shopping local. I highly recommend Midway to people in the Kearney area. I have bought big ticket items from other local companies and been disappointed they do not stand behind their product if something went wrong. At that point, why byy local? Midway provided a great example of how a business should treat their customers to earn the customer's loyalty.

When I say I had the worst day of car shopping...I'm not exaggerating. It was the worst day. I was in an accident and at the worst time of year and life for it so had to get something quick. Midway was sooo nice and not pushy. I worked with Lincoln on the sale and Taylor in finance. Both were so great. Chris was a manager and came and introduced himself and was great. The dealership was so nice and clean and I can't wait to come back in a couple years for the new vehicle I planned on all along. Thanks for helping me though a "not fun" time of life.

Had issues with the UConnect system. This is a UConnect issue and UConnect controls the Dealership on what can be done. Midway Service Department was very responsive on handling my issue and what was best for me, including loaning me a vehicle when my truck had to be in the shop multiple times to satisfy Uconnect. Then when it came time to replace the Uconnect system, the performed the repair with accuracy and timeliness.
