Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Swift replies, upfront and honest with answers. Living 2+ hours away, they helped get things wrapped up before traveling to pick up my new ride.

Did not fix my car and were very very rude. Ended up stranded on the side of the interstate and now left without a car. Took my car in for a transmission issue. Was told it was an update needed, 2 weeks later I was stranded on the side of the road. Had to tow it to a different jeep dealer they have to replace the entire transmission (under warranty) and when I called the jeep dealer in Kearney cuz I needed a loaner and the one I took it to didn’t have one, the person who answered the phone cut me off halfway through all of my sentences when I was just trying to explain the situation and ask a question about if they could give me a loaner and then when I tried to explain that my car already had this problem and was in their dealership so it was their fault I was stranded in the first place, she told me “oh I doubt it oh I doubt it” over and over not letting me talk then hung up on me.

Was traveling through Nebraska. When I stopped to fill up with gas I heard a bad ticking noise coming from the truck, luckily midway was right across the street so I ran it over quick, Jeff was manning the service counter and was able to get it in right away to diagnose what was going on. Jeff was both personable and professional, quite honestly the best experience I've ever had anywhere at a dealer or mechanic shop. I left the vehicle there and had to go looking for another way to keep on with my travels, by this time the service department was supposed to be closed at noon on a Saturday, but Jeff went out of his way to stay until I returned so I could get everything I needed out of my truck. If I lived in the state of Nebraska I'd go out of my way to take my vehicle to midway just based on the 1 experience I had recently.

I recently ordered a Jeep Wrangler through Nick M. at Midway. This has easily been the most pain-free vehicle purchase I've ever had, and I was over 1000 miles away during the entire process. My daughter was able to order the exact machine she wanted, Nick double and triple checked the order to make sure we had everything exactly how we wanted and then put in an order to the factory for us. He kept a close eye on the order and sent updates throughout the process. The factory was very quick and the shipping wasn't delayed much either. By the time I arrived in NE, the vehicle was 100% ready for delivery and Nick even made sure it was parked indoors before the spring hail storms. I'm sure we'll be back at Midway for any future orders. Also, the dealership did not charge over MSRP and didn't play any games with pricing at all. The vehicle was not prepaid and the price they quoted didn't change when the vehicle arrived at the dealership.

We had a great experience purchasing a Jeep Gladiator, Josh was very helpful and awesome to work with.

This was the best customer service I have ever experienced in any place. They were courteous, accommodating and understanding. They even brought us to get groceries at the supermarket because we didn't get through with our car purchase. No one can top that. Our agent was Jeff. He was super exceptional and I'll certainly recommend persons to choose Midway Auto!

Very prompt I arrived they checked me in asked if I needed a ride told me it would take about 45 minutes which it did! They were courteous! Great experience!

Thanks to Nathan and everyone at Midway for working us in for an oil change as we travel cross country with our fifth wheel trailer. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. I was in and out of there in no time!

Try for a long story short - I had been looking for a Jeep for a couple years, but other dealerships didn't seem to want to put in the effort to make a sale. First rep I dealt with a Midway wasn't impressive, but a month later talk to Lincoln about a Jeep on the website. He was great! Ended up not getting that one, but he and the sales manager immediately worked to locate one that had the features I wanted. Lincoln contacted me the day a Jeep arrived that had those features to give me a chance to look at it before it hit the lot. I did and decided to go for it a couple days later. The trade in value seemed a little on the low side, but acceptable. Price of the Jeep was a little higher, but sadly that's the market these days. I was happy to get a Jeep again! Few weeks later, decided to get running boards on. Again contacted Lincoln and he was great in getting ones I would be happy with and scheduling an appointment to install. Service area made sure to address questions and that I was satisfied in the end. I was a customer years ago and am glad I went back!
