The customer service was great, and wow how nice to have a dedicated children's area while we waited. The only problem I encountered was I was told it would be 40 minutes to replace my valve stem when I made the appointment... It took almost two hours! So if you have to stay and wait for your vehicle don't plan anything for several hours after.

My go to guys when I have trouble with my vehicles. I trust them to fix my vehicles and they have never let me down. Tom and Don and the Kearney Tire & Auto staff will treat you right. I always use Kearney Tire and Auto for my oil changes because they really care for my vehicles and they take pride in their work and it shows. Was able to buy tires for my brother in law over the phone since I don't live there, and they were awesome to work with. Tracie helped get him the right tires, and was able to get him fixed up the very next day. I will use them again if in the area.

Had a blowout on the interstate on our 5th wheel. Tom and his shop lined us up with 5 new tires and had us back on the road in less than two hours. Nice clean and friendly shop with home town appeal. Thanks for your service.

All our vehicles in our fleet are serviced here as well as all of my personal vehicles. You wont find better customer service anywhere. They truly care about taking the best care of their customers. All of their services are competitively priced with everyone around. All the work they have preformed on has been top notch. No complaints here!

This has been one of the best customer experiences I’ve had at a car shop. I was on a road trip on I-80 when I stopped at a gas station by Kearney, NE. While checking the car we realized there was some leak and decided to take it to a professional to get it checked. The front desk representative was really friendly and helpful with communicating between us and the mechanic. The mechanic was able to help us get a quick fix that could help us get all the way home which is a day away. They could have fixed the problem but unfortunately we didn’t have the time to wait for an overnight delivery that would be used to replace the damaged part. I’m really grateful they could help us and if I lived in this city this would be my to go car shop. They specialize in tires, breaks, and fluids but you can call to see if there is anything else they do. They are kids and dog friendly in case your car has to stay there for an hour or longer.
