Kearney Tire & Auto Service

You will pay at KTA!!! They're great if you're short on time but only go here if you have extra money to spend. If you are on a budget, stay away. Went in to have my brakes replaced and a previous oil leak inspected. They did good work, my brakes are in good condition and the oil leak is repaired, but I feel like I've been taken advantage of. I was not consulted about which level of parts I wanted to have installed on my 10+ year old car and was charged for the premium OEM parts that will probably outlast the rest of the vehicle instead of something that would actually make sense to put on a car made in 2008. They ended up finding a few other problems which did need attention, but again they charged me for the pricey OEM parts without giving me any options. They also performed services that I did not ask for and billed me for them. As they were working on my vehicle, my power steering pump mysteriously starts leaking, which was not leaking when I brought it in, and now they want another $800 to fix that. I think for the future I will be taking my business elsewhere. Overall I'm not happy with their lack of concern for the specific needs of the individual customer. They get one star because they can do good work quickly, but in a service industry, customer service is everything and Kearney Tire & Auto did not measure up. 6 month edit: My vehicle was still leaking, took it in somewhere else and they discover a gasket that was missing completely. Tech at KTA was the last person to touch that area. At this point if I could give negative stars I would !

I was on my way to Ohio from Utah when I blew a tire on I-80. I called them first thing in the morning and they were kind and responsive. They were able to fit me right in, replace two of my tires, and get me back on my way in about an hour. They were friendly, helpful, and professional. Their shop was clean and their waiting area was restful. I am so grateful for their quick service.

My go-to. Came in this week for a flat repair. Great people. Quick, quality service and good prices.

I called Kearney Tire and Auto because of a tire blowout. They were able to get me in the next day for a new set of tires. They recommended great tires and gave me an inspection report at the end of my service. I appreciate the service they provided in a very quick and thorough manner.

I've purchased all of my tires with Kearney Tire and Auto since 1992 when they were located in their old shop on Central Ave. They have never had problems getting my tires when I want them and they always get the exact tire I want for my vehicles. Never had a problem and they all know me when I walk in their showroom. Good people!

This is such a trustful, patient, kindness, I will totally let everyone know this is diffently the right place to take your vehicle. Especially getting to know Tracy that works there, she's the best.
