What a fantastic family to have in Kearney. The family at KTA always greet you with a smile, call you by name and if something is a miss are super good about correcting it. If you want it in a jiffy, don't go here, but if you want it taken care like you would, this is the place to go!

Worked with Tom. Explained the situation very clearly. My wife had an issue after she had dropped me off.. They were extremely kind and understanding with her and called me to explain anything that she did not understand. I would certainly recommend this business and go back to them again. Very professional. The entry and waiting we're one of the cleanest my wife had ever seen.

We had a tire issue with our RV. WS able to get to their place of business. It was a really nice establishment with many bays and a nice waiting area! The technician who did the work on my vehicle had just finished work on another and jumped on ours. He was friendly and knowledgeable. Have nothing but positives about the service they gave me. Especially the guy who did the work on my tire!!!

Chris is a great point of contact and he was very helpful with the decision on what tires to get for my truck. Jack did an excellent job on my new BFG’s.

Everyone is very friendly and go over all the details with you before they do any work, the work is amazing and glad I have found them and I go to them only now all the time my car needs anything done

Of course, I was shocked to learn that I needed for new tires. They gave me choices about which tires to purchase and provided an accurate estimate of cost.

If you want to be taken for everything you're worth, go right in to Kearney Tire and Auto! They recently did an inspection on my car and charged $240 and then continued to tell me that I needed to spend upward of $3,500 to get my car fixed. I was going to fall for it until they didn't have a time slot that fit my schedule. Did some shopping around, found a new place and got everything they wanted to do fixed for $1,400!! Absolute rip off, so happy they were too busy for me.

*Edit* I ordered my tires on Friday morning and had them on delivered to my house Monday afternoon and they're already on my trailer. Amazon may be cheaper but the companies that sell on it still have to turn a profit. I also had the tires mounted, new valve stems installed and paid for disposal ($1 per tire?) for $25 per tire at a local shop. In the end I still paid SUBSTANTIALLY LESS for each of the 3 additional tires (approx 40% less per tire) and only waited few additional days to have the tires done. Went in yesterday to get a trailer tire put on from a blow out I had over the weekend. They charged me almost $160 for the tire, not balanced, with valve stem and disposal. Same tire on Amazon is 1/2 the price. There's no excuse for price gouging especially in these times. I'm shocked that a small town company that relies on repeat business would do a paying customer nasty like this.

Made an appointment to get my tire fixed. They were very accommodating getting me in on my schedule. The customer service personnel were very friendly and informative. They let me know the cost before they started. And the wait time was minimal. Very satisfied with my visit.

This place makes you feel like family. They always welcoming and friendly. I loved my old car and it died in me. The guy behind the counter took extra time to price out what it would cost to get it running again knowing it was my favorite car. They are fairly priced and know what they are doing. I wouldn't go anywhere else in town.
