I wanted to go short cut which is fine for the length but she literally just grabbed chunks of hair and cut it. This is the choppiest hair cut I’ve ever seen it looks like my kids cut my hair. Horrible and over priced kassie was nice but she should not cut hair. I literally don’t want to go out in public now

Look, I love supporting local barbers, but you know what I love more? Saving time. If you don't want to sit and wait an hour for a haircut, use the online check in at Great Clips and then go about your day. They'll tell you when it's time to head to the shop. I absolutely love the convenience of the online check in.

Refused to do a line on the side of my head because they “don’t have pricing for it.” It takes maybe 30 seconds. Employees are too old and don’t understand modern styling.

I’ve been to great clips a few times and have never had a bad experience! The store was very clean and organized and the stylists were very accommodating and able to give me exactly what I wanted! The coolest part was they keep notes of my hair cut so next time I go back I don’t have to explain my hair cut every time!

This is the best place in town to get a professional, affordable haircut! I love that you are able to make your appointment online, avoiding long wait times. The girls that work here are always so friendly and go above and beyond to provide great customer service! Mindi, in particular is awesome! She not only cuts great hair, but she does a wonderful job of making everyone who sits in her chair feel comfortable. Thank you for making our haircut experience so enjoyable!

Great customer service! My hairstylist was very insightful and helped me switch to products for my dry hair. I don't remember her name but she was amazing and I definitely recommend!

i just received the worst haircut of my life. Do not go there unless you want to be the laughimg stock of haircuts. i highly do not recommend tay as your hair stylist because she made me look so bad.

I showed them pictures of what I wanted in the front and the back and the result was perfect. They were very gentle and kind and I was a reasonable price. I will certainly go there again
