My kids got their haircut and we were in and out in less than half an hour. The check-in option on their website is a nice tool to have so you dont have to wait or you know what time you can be seen.

They took 10 minutes to cut my hair and did a very poor job during that time. Would not recommend if you are looking for a good, quality cut. The conversation was half-decent, but not super friendly.

Was in Kearney on business and needed a quick cut. Was having a conversation with another customer and the stylist asked us to not discuss a particular topic. Stated that it made people feel uncomfortable. Very disappointed and will NEVER go back to a business that restricts free speech!

Not only was I refused service but I was also denied do to health reasons. Mindi denied me service because I have medical exemptions from any mask rules. She told me she has the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason. I told her, that is correct, unless it is discriminatory. I called corporate and got a called back saying I would hear from the store owner. So far, I haven't heard a word back. I went to SuperCuts instead and was treated amazingly well. Tara was amazing and sweet. We had a great conversation and she did an amazing job on my hair and beard. Would recommend SuperCuts 10/10. Great Clips gets a 1/10 Customer service needs improvement.

I have a very simple hair cut short on the sides and long on the top and I spike and style my hair but instead she cut my hair literally all the same length. I walked in with my hair already styled so you think that would’ve given them a good idea on how I do my hair. I’ve been wearing a hat for the last two weeks.... won’t be back sorry
