I have long hair and only got it trimmed 2 inches but it is now crooked and I have to go back to someone else to have it straightened out not very happy

Been here multiple times for my son's and husband's hair cuts. All the staff are skills and friendly. Online check in keeps waiting times minimal.

The lady was very nice, but they had NO ONE that could do a flat top. With all the service men and veterans in the area, I'd think it would still be a common haircut.

At 5:00pm today (7/29/17) myself, my husband and 2 year old daughter went in for hair cuts. We had stopped by Supercuts and they were already closed for the day so thats why we went to Great clips. The employees of great clips have NO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS what so ever!!! We have tried this place three times and have had the same treatment all three times. We will NEVER BE GOING BACK TO GREAT CLIPS AGAIN!!!!! ALSO WE ARE NEVER RECOMENDING IT TO ANYONE as a place to get a hair cut!!!! Lisa Schu offered myself and daughter a new customer card when we were all done and we told her that ours were at home and we didn't need them, she had printed a reciet and then grabbed it and acted like she was mad that we didn't need them. She walk off pissed off. We will never be back!!!!! THIS PLACE IS TERIBLE!!!!

I walked into this place expecting a mediocre haircut and what I received was one of the most life changing experiences of my life. The hair stylists there not only took care of my hair, they took care of my soul. Once they were done, I was a better person. Please, get your hair cut here.

I love the online check in. They do a great job with my 3 boys. I really appreciate they take the time to listen to my kids and give them the haircut they actually want.
