We would like to thank Bish for helping us get our new camper. We would like to do a HUGE shout-out to Frank, Jeff and Zane. They took us step by step through the process of buying our camper. Frank was a super salesman who made us feel comfortable with everything, explained all the numbers and what it would take to get us into the camper. Jeff was great with the financial part, explained everything and was great to talk to with making us feel welcome. Zane was super great! He did our walk around and explained everything, answered all our questions and demonstrated everything he could. The three stars were earned by our sales rep and the person who gave us our walk through - the rest of the experience has been frustrating to say the least and should have honestly resulted in less stars. We bought our camper on June 10 where we also had a trade in. It is now July 29 and in the month of July we were charged for not only our new camper monthly payment but also the monthly payment of our trade in. This was an unexpected and frustrating thing to see after it was over a month of purchasing our other camper. It has been very difficult to track down the person who is responsible for paying us back our monthly payment for a camper we traded in to them which they promptly sold to someone else before it even hit the website, but couldn’t make sure that our payout was finalized on our loan. The person who handles these matters is apparently out of Lincoln and it is extremely difficult to get a hold of them. After weeks of calling and leaving messages we finally heard back from her (Laura) and she told us she does all business for these together on the 20th and would get out check sent out. It is now the 29th and we are back to leaving messages because we have yet to see a check from them. Additionally, our sales tax was to be paid by them and we were told the check would be sent with our title. That apparently was supposed to happen through the same office and hasn’t happened. The Kearney office said they are unable to help us and continue to pass us on to Lincoln. It’s a very disheartening experience when you spend money with a business and after the fact you are treated like you don’t matter. Customer service is so important and I feel it has been lacking in our experience with Bish’s. Not only this, but when we were pricing camper options they were not exactly forthcoming in where some of the money for the monthly payment goes. In our quotes we didn’t even realize they were assuming we would choose an extended warranty, the spray seal, and I believe some other add-on that we were not interested in. They did not say a portion of our monthly payment would go towards this, they simply gave us our numbers and off we went. It would have been nice as we were looking at options to know exactly how much we were paying for on the camper alone and how much would additionally be tacked on if we selected extras (which are quite costly, even if not a terrible impact to the monthly payment). All of this has made our experience less than favorable with Bish’s. This is not our first camper and we purchased through another dealer previously and had nothing but a smooth experience that we will seek out in the future if ever needing to buy again.

I can’t say enough about the service we received at Bish’s RV in Kearney! Jeff, Frank and James were some of the best we have worked with in the RV industry. This is our 5th unit that we have owned, we drove 5 hours to deal with this dealership! Give them the chance to earn your business!
