Went in to buy a camper, worked with Frank. He was very knowledgeable and not pushy. My husband seen a motorcycle and asked about. They gave him a great deal on it. So we will be buying a camper next time. Thanks Steve and Jeff, my husband loves his new motorcycle!! Would recommend if you are looking for a camper.

Everything was prepped and ready to go. Frank in sales attended to our every need. Mark walked us through every detail of our new fifth wheel camper. Jeff took care of of all our financial needs. Great crew of people.

We purchashed an E Pro E19 FD from Bish's RV in Kearney, NE. Our very first travel trailer ever. Everything went super smooth from the start. The salesman, Jeremy, was great. From first phone contact to us showing up at the dealership. He walked us throught everything step by step, and answered every question we had. When we got to the dealership, our trailer was ready to go. Zach, a service tech, did a complete walk through of the trailer, inside and out, and answered all of our questions. When we met with Jeff, the finance person, he had all of our paperwork ready and explained to us everything we were signing and answered every one of our questions. I’m a first time camper owner. Very inexperienced in knowledge of a camper. Everyone we worked with did amazing and treated us so well. Isaiah in sales was was friendly and listened to our wants and needs. Colby in parts gave us a great walkthrough on items we may want need to care for our new camper. Zane in service was great at explaining the functions of our camper and in best ways for hooking to our vehicle. The Jeff in financing did an excellent job at getting us our best deal and explaining options as we want along. 👍👍 for the Bish’s staff

Great friendly fast service. Everyone worked so well helping us out. The atmosphere was really great. My kids also enjoyed the toys and treats. They really seem to care about their customers. After getting into our new camper I opened a bag and it had some hats, bags, and a personalized card, a picture of our family in front of our new travel trailer! I was wondering why we had our picture taken. It was a nice little surprise! Thank you Bish's RV!

We arrived early and were taken care of anyway. Colin the parts person was helpful and knew all of the additional products we needed. Zane in service took lots of time answering our questions. Shannon our sales person spent the time needed to find the unit to fit our needs. Jeff handled the “paperwork “ part smoothly. Overall a very pleasant experience!

Overall customer service terrible! Staff doesn’t communicate with each other. Overall service department experience has not been good! Camper we bought was brand new and have issue after issue with it.

Was told trailer was ready to go and then found a water leak at the hot water tank. Been waiting 2 months on a part. Always get were still waiting or no phone call back from them....

Jeff, financial, kept it simple to understand through out the loan process. Zane, technician, very educated on the model. Great explanation for first time buyers.
