I had a fantastic experience with Bish’s in Kearney, NE. Jared, Zach, Chris, Desiree and Mike were all so helpful from start to finish. My experience was very thorough including a great walk through of my new camper. Highly recommend buying your camper at Bish’s! Can’t wait to hit the road!

I had a great experience purchasing a camper from here. Quick yet thorough experience. Friendly service and support. Every question answered, every concern met. They did not leave me wondering what is next, walked me through the process at my pace and knowledge level. Did not feel pressured or oversold. Thank you to Chris, Zane, Logan, Mike, and Leslie.

Jared was great with working with my schedule and getting me in the perfect camper. Zach was very informative and knowledgeable with the walk through. Jeff in finance made the entire purchase process incredibly comfortable.

Bish’s made the process of purchasing our new camper painless from start to finish. Excellent job on the walk through, took time to show us exactly how each feature worked. We would recommend their business to anyone looking to purchase a new camper!

PLEASE READ BEFORE USING BISH’S. I brought my trailer in after I had a wheel bearing failure on I-80. Bish’s was the closest RV repair facility. I requested that both of my axles be replaced with higher capacity axles and was told parts should take 10 days to arrive and that the work would be completed within a couple days after that. Everything seemed reasonable. I requested that my wheel spacers (used to achieve factory wheel offset after buying aftermarket wheels) be saved as they cost me $500. I was assured that was a none issue. 2 weeks later I called and had to start my conversation at the very beginning explaining my issue and what I was looking for. At week 3 someone in charge of ordering parts called me stating she just learned of my needing axles ordered and pointed fingers at others within the service department. 10 more days pass and I call for an update. I left voicemails and left messages with the person who answers the phone and didn’t receive a call back until day 3 of continued attempts. The person I speak to states they are having a hard time sourcing 8k axles, I had requested 6k axles and had gone over this several times before this. At week 6 my parts were ordered and my trailer was repaired at 3 months. Upon picking the trailer up I discover that it had nearly no brakes. The brakes had not been adjusted after the axle installation. If I were less experienced I may have left and been in an accident. Upon adjusting they worked great. The wire nuts used for the electric brakes were not designed for exposure to the elements and let water into the connection, something that is fine short term but is sloppy work. It is not much effort to seal these or use a water-tight connector. I will have to correct it myself. My wheel spacers that I asked to be saved could not be found and then I was told 2 different stories as to what happened. The first story was that they were thrown in the metal dumpster with the axles and were gone, the 2nd story was that they were damaged “buggered up” during removal to the point they weren’t worth saving and were thrown out at that point. Either story is possible but it cannot be both. Most likely neither is true and the parts were kept my the tech/mechanic who did the work, a common practice and perk of the job. I was told I’d be compensated and that they would mail me a check. I head home and discover additional damage to my trailer. It seems my trailer was hit by something while in their yard (see photos). If it weren’t for being distracted by the brake issues and the lost parts I’d have noticed while picking the trailer up. After speaking to manager Andy he asked to send photos to him and states they would find a repair shop local to me and cover the repairs. After sending the photos Andy replies stating that he wasn’t sure how that could have happened. He then stopped replying to email. Calling I am only able to leave a message and I don’t get a call back. The check that was supposed to be mailed to me of course never arrived, they just wanted me to leave the store. If I could do it all over again I’d have put the trailer in storage and exhaust all options before bringing it to Bish’s. At this point I need to make a decision on whether or not to hire an attorney. Best of luck with your purchase or repairs.

We bought a new RV from Bish's. This is the 5th RV we've had and by far the best experience. I started the process on line, it went smoothly every step of the way. From the moment we were greeted by Leslie at the door, we were treated great. Leslie, Shari, Jeff and Zane were absolutely fantastic. I highly recommend Bish's Kearney.

Had a great experience with trading in and buying a new camper from Bish's of Kearney. The walk through of our new camper was very thorough. Zayne and Mark from the service department were both great at answering all our questions, and explaining every thing to us. The sales team did a great job helping us through our trade in and getting everything set up for us purchasing our new camper. All in all a good transaction, and we'd use Bish's again.

Service was great! Stopped in on a busy Saturday to look around and Frank helped us find the perfect camper for two! Pick up day a week later went smooth our camper tour guide was very apologetic about any issues with the camper and they fixed or made arrangements to fix any problems before we left with the unit that afternoon. Salesman and everyone always made sure we were comfortable and had a water in hand. I would definitely recommend Bish’s RV of Kearney for any camper purchase or any camper supplies.

Awesome experience from the moment we walked into the dealership! Logan welcomed us upon arrival, did a fantastic job showing us the rig we wanted to look at. No pressure sales, which was refreshing. Logan did great with keeping us updated on our rig during prep. Jeff was fantastic to work with during the purchase process!! During our walk through, James was wonderful!! Very easy going and we didn’t feel rushed and was allowed to check every detail of our 5th wheel!! Worth the 400 miles trip from Colorado!!!

We needed an emergency suspension repair on a Saturday. Andy and his service team, especially Anthony, got us in quick and back on the road fast. Everyone I spoke to there and on the phone were very friendly and professional.
