I've been a semi-regular for the last two, three years but my experiences are actually about 5 years in length. Back then mom needed to get some oil for her car and well, I knew next to nothing about the car (she had a big old giant of a car that was probably a mid 90s car) but I obliged and went down to big o, asking if they sold oil and thanks to their patience and help, they got me set. What's more, they went well above and beyond the call of duty with their aid. That day didn't cost me but it did make mom and I customers of big o. They've consistently gone above and beyond what other shops would do, referring me to places for repairs they couldn't do, helping with issues galore, charging fair prices, and continuing to be friendly and respectful. I'm not a car guy but I am so glad that these car guys exist.

Very impressed with the service. Went in for 4 new tires mounted and I was not disappointed. No changes were made to my services without being called first. I had the wrong size of tires on the van in the first place and they called me telling me what size I actually needed and asked if they could put the right ones on. Then they checked and said it needed aligned really bad and asked if they could align it to make the tires last longer. I have been to a few places that do extra and just add it on the bill. So I want to say thank you Big O Tires!

Very fast! Had 2 new tires on in 30 minutes. Great prices compared to others. They knew their stuff and took their time to explain everything I didn't know. Definitely will be coming back. And 3-year warranty with tires!!

Got tires that were supposedly their best and rated at 80000 miles didnt even get 35000 and told by them my tires are bad and cant help me out any. can get better stuff from walmart

My husband took my F150 in to have a slow leak in the passenger rear tire repaired. When he got home, he noticed the hubcap cover on that tire had been replaced with somebody else's. I'm sure it was an honest mistake but we went in with a nice hubcap cover and came home with an older one so worn it doesn't even have the blue oval on it anymore. It's obvious it's not ours as the covers on all my tires are in good condition. Slight annoyance but it's unfortunate and now we have to spend time and additional money replacing a cover that's not even ours. Please tell your techs to pay a little more attention to detail. Next time, we'll take our business to Graham Tires.

Ben at Big O was super helpful. I have one day off a week. He had my pickup picked up at my place of employment and had it delivered back after my new tires were installed. I will continue to use Big O as long as Ben Killin is employed there. Thank you Ben!!!
