Big O Tires

This place rocks! I buy my tires at discount tires back in 2020 cuz I worked in Grand Island at the time. I should of went to Big O! Just wanted to get my car in for a tire rotation at DT was a joke everytime. You'd have to leave your car for up to 3 hours, they tell you to make an appointment then when you call they tell you to just walk in. Then when you get there they can't get you in and turn you away. One call to Big O in Kearney and 10 minutes later rotated tires with no issues. Thank you to the team @ Big O!

BUYER BEWAERE! Not sure if I could ever do business with this establishment again. My wife went up to Big O by herself (we live 50 miles away); and while I have full confidence in my wife, the manager up-charged her from our original quote (convienent that the tires we requested just happened to not be available). Then, he added a service she was not aware. He simply quoted an "out the door" price and she blindly accepted it. To me, this is so cliché -- and auto business adding unnecessary services to inflate their bottom line. I called the manager to vent, and instead of listening, he defended himself and said, "If you don't wish the additional tire replacement (warranty) service, then to come back in and he will refund our money." Why didn't he, hearing my irritation, , offer an immediate refund? Why should I have to drive 100 miles round trip to have an undesired warranty service refunded? This place has twice now overcharged for two separate services. Prior was an oil change: $100. I will NOT do business there again. Perhaps consider your options before utilizing this services of this establishment.

Big O has been a lifesaver multiple times, are honest about what my car needs, have always been fair with prices, and always find a way to fit me in when I’m back visiting family in the Kearney area.

Yes the customer service was great! Just had an issue and had to return and now have to return again. But the good thing is at least I was told they would make it right ✅️ overall a great place! I understand that things happen. And can be fixed.

As our band's tour marched down the center of the country, we realized our van, Macho Van Bandy Savage, could use a bit of an upgrade. Two new front tires and an oil change later and we're safely on the way to Colorado Springs! Big thanks to Jake and the team for your kindness, quick work and comfy couches!! ~OLD BLOOD~

Had a mix up on witch tire to replace and the wrong one got changed, and even after almost 2 weeks without the mistake being caught, the store manager "Ben" went out of his way after hours to make sure things were made right. Would recommend.

Top notch staff, always quick to get us taken care of. All 4 of our vehicles go there for tires, brakes, oil changes and any minor repair work.

I called around 11 to see if they had any openings as I had a tire that was very close to flat. They were super friendly and told me to bring my car up so they could help me out. When I arrived I was greeted and helped right away. They got my car worked in and were beyond amazing to work with. They have definitely gained a new customer and deserved an excellent review for helping me out. Coming from a family that has a tire business back home it’s not easy for me to trust other places for service needs. Very much appreciated the professionalism and customer service I received, once again thank you for all of your help I will be back!

I live 1 1/2 hours away. Made the appointment on line 2 days in advance for 4 tires on my pickup. Got the appointment confirmation. Drove the 1 1/2 hours just to be told they didn't have the tires, they did have some for $125 more per tire. Soooo, I drove a total of 3 hours for nothing. Big O - you can do better.
