Big O Tires

Came in with a leaking tire. They got my car in right away and had it patched fast. This shop is quick, efficient, and reasonably priced. Friendly group of guys, too. I can't recommend Big O Tires enough!

God's named was repeatedly blasphemed, heard a crew member telling another to go buy weed, because he wanted to get high, crew member was asked by another if the tires were tight. Crew member said "they should be". The shop crew is not professional at all, save for head guy. UPDATE Review: I received a call from the owner of Big O Tire concerning my review of his business in Kearney, Nebraska. We spoke in length of the issues I mentioned, and he assured me said issues will be promptly corrected, and a training session will be held to address said issues and how they will be handled. I greatly appreciate the owners response to my review. He has totally gained my respect for himself and Big O Tire.

I walked in without an appointment and they got me right in to fix the tire on my Tundra. They were very efficient and so courteous, opening my door for me to get in my vehicle. Big so is managed very well and have been happy both times I’ve had a repair and new tires put on a different vehicle. Great service! I will definitely be back and always recommend!

This location is wonderful, and has always been more than helpful. Nate help us this time and he was more than willing to go above and beyond. He made sure that my family was safe on the roads and qualified us for tires that day. Everything was done in a timely manner and we truly appreciate it! Thank you very much from the Glaze family.

Please review your bill when you leave this place. They slipped in a maintenance warranty (approximately $80) despite them NOT offering this service or me asking for it. When I returned to the store to correct the error, they tried to convince me that I should keep it (I didn't). Also, they incorrectly balanced my new tires (on a Volkswagen Rabbit)--the car started bouncing uncontrollably at about 50 mph (the first time that has happened in the 13 years of owning the car). Since they screwed up the first time I decided to take my car to Garrett Tire and Tread (1306 E. 28th Street) who were easily able to correct the issue. I will never go back to Big O again.

Great staff. Broke a leafspring on our triple axle fith wheel on I-80 Sundayafternoon. Back 2 tires came together and we were smoking down the interstate. We pulled over. I carry an extra leafspring when we travel for times like this. Fixed it on the side of the road, and headed to the nearest RV park (Kearney RV Park &Campground) 4☆ Called Big -O first thing Monday morning. They had my exact same tires. They made up a ticket for the 2 tires so they wouldn't sale them before we got there. They told me to come on down . We packed up the trailer and headed there. We were in and out of there in less than an hour. Thank you Bog-O and your staff.

Flat tire late morning Saturday just right outside of Kearney. After being helped by a kind gentleman who assisted us with our spare we then needed to find someone to fix our tire. Calling around, we discovered that most closed at noon or could not promise to get us in. Called Big O and they said they could take us in one hour. They did what they promised. They got us in. They were absolutely amazing. I can not say enough about their service. Five stars is not enough for stranded customers that were treated so well. Thank you Big O Tire. You are the BEST.

I went in at 735 am to get a tire fixed. There was not a car in the shop and I was told by Josh the manager they could not do a simple tire repair till Friday. He was very rude.. I will never go back to Big O again.
