They gave me options for how to get our door handle fixed and explained the costs of each. The part I needed was ordered and painted to match our car. They called to set an appointment for installing the door handle and were prepared for us when we arrived. The repair was done quickly and we are very satisfied with their work.

Ethan did an awesome job through the whole process! He explained everything we needed to know. Easy to get along with. Very knowledgeable. The only disappointment was that you didn’t have the accessories we wanted.

After calling three times, and not being able to get through to the service representative. The fellow who answered the phone told me he would have the service rep call me back. I was skeptical. Within about 15 or 20 minutes, I was pleasantly surprised that the service rep called me and we made a plan to drop off our vehicle before the dealership opened. About an hour and a half after they opened, the rep called me and gave me a recommendation to replace the battery. I accepted and my wife was able to pick up her vehicle at noon. It was an easy fix, but service was very good. I will be back.

Riley clearly communicated the issue, the cost and the time for the repair. Riley and his team came in under time and under budget. I really appreciate the professional treatment at this dealership.

Ask for Ethan when you get on the lot! Ethan is professional, eager, knowledgeable, and honest. Tom and Justin were great also! They were no nonsense, straightforward, extremely accommodating, and made sure I was 100% satisfied before I drove off the lot in my new car. I told them what i wanted from the car, to my trade in, financing, and warranty; they made it all happen or made sure i was informed and understood the process. The whole experience was simple and quick, literally the best car buying experience I have ever had. Thanks to all three of these gentlemen! We will be back again.
