I had a wonderful experiences at the Jerry Spady, purchasing my brand new truck. Walking into dealership I felt welcomed, and talking to them I felt that they understood my needs for truck and they kept working closely with me to met the needs which I really appreciate that in their business. Both sale man and the finance manager, did great jobs, my sales man Dan, was great. He took his time to showed me every details and security features in the new truck. The most important experience I had from them was that caring. I recommend this place!! I’m still loving the truck 🛻🖤

I went to go in to look at a 2012 Impala, and Bryce Lamb did a great job on making sure I knew all that I needed to know about the car. Even when I got the car home and found an issue, he helped to get me into the shop to get it fixed. I definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for good cars and great customer service!

Purchased our second truck from Spadys. Dan Fallier the salesman was very knowledgeable and pleasant to work with, he was eager without being pushy and the walk through of the truck was very thorough. Tom made us feel like family and Justin handled the paperwork very professionally which is no easy task when you are dealing with someone who can distract as much as i can! And he got us a great interest rate. As we got there late, we would like to thank the whole team for staying after 9:00 to make sure everything went smoothly.

We just purchased a new vehicle, and the level of professionalism and patience that we experience was way above par. We were helped by Bryce, a salesman, who worked with our needs in a vehicle, and stayed with us every step of the process, ensuring that our needs were taken care of. He spoke very kindly of his co-workers, and was exceptionally patient, as the process ended up taking many hours due to tornados and harsh weather. After the sale he even joined us in the freezing cold and blinding wind to help us get everything transferred to our new vehicle. A+ salesmanship. Tom, the manager also came by several times to see how he could assist us, and stayed late to ensure that all of our needs were taken care of. He worked very hard on our behalf and is an excellent representative of the company. Dani helped us in the financing office, and we could tell that she really wanted to help, it wasn't about the bottom line. She was very professional, but treated us like we were friends. Generally speaking, the financing part is my least favorite part of the entire process, but she made it quick and effortless, and had us out the door in no time. All in all, my wife and I both were very satisfied with our visit. This is our third vehicle that we have purchased here, and because of the excellent level of service that we receive every time, they will be the first ones we call next time as well. If I could leave zero stars I would. Worst service department I have ever been too. I would definitely find somewhere else to bring a vehicle unless you don't need your vehicle for days.

I highly recommend this dealership! Bryce Lamb and David Elsten worked great together to get me in and out during my lunch break!
