Everyone at Jerry Spady was so helpful and so kind! Bryce, Carson and Justin were amazing in helping me get my car and getting a loan! They were so so nice! If I need another car in the future I will definitely be coming back! They did awesome answering any questions I had and they were so quick when it came to getting me my car! It only took two days but that was due to a hiccup we had. But when it came to signing papers I was in and out very quick! 10/10 would recommend!

I highly recommend Bryce Lamb at Jerry Spady! This 2021 chevy blazer caught my eye and I was pretty sure that I wasn’t going to be able to afford it. He sat down with me to make sure it was exactly what I wanted and he got to work. He was able to trade my car for more than I expected to get out of it. Not only did I get some money back for my trade in but I was able to get a great price on the blazer. There is nothing Bryce Lamb will not do to try to give you a great customer experience. If customer service is important to you, this is the place to go. I had visited several car lots where I was ignored or not taken seriously, probably because I didn't have my husband with me. I had been looking for a particular car which they didn't have. But Bobby showed me this Jeep which had everything I wanted plus. Tom worked with me to get it priced and financed at what I was comfortable with. Took the time to explain everything, even synced up my phone and went over all the extras. Very friendly and a joy to work with. Fantastic experience!

Sold us a truck that had the miles rolled back over 100,000 miles and didn’t tell us. Truck had engine problems huge oil leaks and many other small problems. The cost to fix the truck was more than what we paid for the truck. Called and complained and they refused to make it right. Took almost a month of calling everyday for the owner to give me a call back and when he did he was very rude and disrespectful.

After making my decision, the order was placed. After a significant wait for the allocation to go through, the vehicle arrived. The assistance for getting started with the new vehicle was great for confidence building. As with any newer technology, there is a learning curve and I am sure to have questions.
