Halls were noisy. But biscuits and gravy was amazing. Staff is really nice

Initially things were great! I rented the suite with a hot tub. Room 143. I was allowed an earlier check it the room was clean and spacious. I used the hot tub almost immediately and noticed the chlorine seemed quite strong. I wasn’t able to stay in there more than 10 minutes at the most. After getting out my skin was really red and I developed a cough, sore throat, and red swollen and irritated eyes. I waited a few hours and attempted to try it again and my eyes began burning just taking off the cover but I sat in there anyway maybe 5 minutes before I had to get out. I complained to the front desk and was offered a fan then eventually another room which had a jetted tub but really didn’t compare to the 1st room at all and for the same price as no sort of refund of the difference was offered. I contacted the front desk and told them I was returning to the original room even though I was unable to use the hot tub. Check out time is at noon it’s not even 10 am and I have a “Do Not Disturb” sign on my door. In the last 15 minutes the housekeeper without knocking has attempted 3 times now to enter my room. This has always been a favorite hotel of mine but I’m extremely annoyed by this! I travel with my job and have found this to be a problem at many hotels! Those signs are offered for our use and used to protect our rights and desire for privacy. To not even knock is totally unacceptable. It’s now 10:07 am I was contacted just now by the front desk pounding at the door wanting me to leave as I had thrown away some trash in the 2nd room prior to returning to the original room I rented. Nothing else in the 2nd room was even disturbed but now they have 2 rooms to clean. I’m not sure how me leaving two hours prior to check out will give them any less work to do! Have they forgotten that the problem here was the dangerously high levels of chlorine in their hot tub? That was of no fault of mine! What a joke this place has become! I forgot to add that the whole reason for my stay is that I suffer from chronic pain that I manage with non narcotic alternatives. The hot tub was the entire reason for my stay and I got about 20 minutes use of it. The 1st part of this was written a couple of days after my stay. Since then I have developed a skin infection from the high ph level in the hot tub. My body is covered in a rash often called hot tub rash. I have painful blisters that burn and rupture. Not only that but they billed my card an extra $50 that I am disputing. I am trying to upload pictures right now. (Available on Trip Advisor) There are plenty of nice Hotels in the Grand Island don’t waste your time with these money grubbing people! I will be contacting corporate!

Nicely renovated. Indoor pool an jacuzzi make it nice for winter getaways especially with kids! The breakfast is actually really good and if you miss breakfast the hotel is conveniently attached to a Dennys. We come to this area at least once a year and have stayed here twice in the past year. We will continue to book here when we come.

The rooms were great! They were clean and comfortable. There were some loud guests, but I think there was an event going on nearby. The staff were incredible and kind. Also, the hotel was right off the road I came to town on. It was convienent being that close and I couldn't hear the road while trying to sleep! If the rooms hadn't let in so much noise from other guests it would have been perfect.

The room is great. Everything felt brand new. Nice lobby. Friendly staff. Awesome pool. No weights in the gym. Only 3 cardio machines. Breakfast is discounted at Denny's. Recommend going to Pub&Grub down the road 4 breakfast. Happy with my stay.

What a relaxing and fantastic experience! The help was "spot on" with cleanliness, being helpful, and so proud off their work! We will definitely be back! Loved the entire experience! We'll definitely be back! Great food and service at the nearby restaurant too!

Are stay started out fine until we pulled the sheets back to go to bed. There was blood on the sheets. When we asked to have the sheets changed we received the response of “that isn’t a problem.” There was no apology or an offer to make our stay more comfortable. The worker at the front desk was short and in my opinion rude.

The first experience We have ever had with the images bar and our bartender was named Katie and she was absolutely welcoming, fabulous, and made us feel like home!! After nine years of searching for a place we could be regulars and I think we finally found our place thanks to Katie!! She definitely needs some sort of promotion!!

Great place to stay. They have one of the best breakfast in the morning that I have had in a while. The atmosphere in this place is very tranquil and peaceful. The room was very large, make sure you can secure your door though. My door didn't lock but could secure from the inside. The pool was very large as well. I can't wait to get back there and visit again.
