Boarders Inn & Suites by Cobblestone Hotels - Grand Island

Searched all over town for a room with a jet tub (traveling long distances can make a person achey!)and finally found one at BOARDERS INN. The desk clerk was extremely kind and accommodating, which was refreshing after coming across quite a few unfriendly ones in our search for a jet tub. She brought us an extra roll-away bed and was gracious when I asked for an extra coffee packet and extra towels. This was also the only place we stayed at that offered a hot breakfast still. And it was excellent as well!! Although it's an older hotel, everything was clean and spacious. We will always stay at this gem-of-a-find inn whenever we are in town. SOOO GRATEFUL for their hospitality!!

the rooms, breakfast, pool, workout room was great. But! the hotel staff was horrible. They were rude. My wife asked for creamer and they rolled their eyes. the front desk staff was talking bad about my wife in the workout room. So I checked the reviews and found a lot of bad reviews about the staff. this hotel needs the really evaluate the staff.

The workers here were terribly disrespectful even though we weren’t causing trouble. Not only that, the venue walls are so thin that you can hear everything everything which the other people in the other venues. Including that, the internet is so poor and slow that I could barely text my daughter who is in another state pregnant. I should not have to worry about my messages not sending. This place also gives off an ugly look, nothing but disappointed. Money wasted, don’t come here expecting good things.

Booked a room for my wife and 2 year old son to stay here. They were rude and inconsiderate. First, I booked the room over the phone to ensure the room would be ready at their arrival time, it wasn't. Then they almost made her wait until the check in time at 3 to 4pm that day when she was checking in at 3am. The person who took the reservation said they would put notes in for this situation and there wasn't any. Then they berated my wife for checking out after noon, when the room was booked until the next day. Absolutely the worst! What kind of people are working for this place. I am going to write a terrible review on every booking site available. A hot garbage hotel for the price we paid, should've been free. And still I wouldn't book a room.

By far one of the cleanest and best kept hotels! The owner takes great pride and is working along side his employees. His staff is courteous, attentive and do a wonderful job with guests!

Door didn't lock. Staff says "Did you want a different room?" I say "Yeah I think maybe we do..." So we get the room across the hall with an exit to the pool! Then the handle to the poolside door falls off in my hand. And be to breakfast b4 9am cause they pull it down fast.

Newly remodeled hotel and rooms. Very clean and comfortable! Will absolutely stay here again next time I'm in town!

This is a amazing hotel to stay in ! Beautiful clean rooms ! Awesome service ! Big beautiful clean pool and hot tub ! My family and I stayed in 2 rooms next to each other . My teenagers could not wait to swim ! We had a great time ! We will definitely stay in this hotel again . Also we got to bring our dog ! Amazingly awesome Hotel !

Great room, only problem was the AC wasn't operating properly, had to get it down to 64 to make it feel like 70

We stayed here while driving home from the Black Hills. Such an excellent choice. Plenty of room for our family of 6 to spread out. Pool was open. Breakfast buffet was open. Everything worked and the pull-out bed (from the sofa) was not horribly uncomfortable. They offered a welcome bag with gift certificates for the area and water bottles. Which was a nice personal touch when it is just a Chain hotel.
