Boarders Inn & Suites by Cobblestone Hotels - Grand Island

We stay there every year for Girls State Softball tourament!!!! It is easy access when heading to Hastings for games! Also very good and helpful staff! You have a great big breakfast area and we used it the night before for Pizza for the teams and parents! Kudos to everyone there! Also the rooms are nice and clean and comfy!!!!!

The pool was very cold and even when you get in for a while I still have the nip of coldness

First time at this hotel in decades. First impression is that Cobblestone has done a good job to make this old hotel look good. Unfortunately, the pool was closed for maintenance but this minor inconvenience is inevitable. The hot breakfast was better than what I had at a Hyatt property last week. Cudos Cobblestone.

We had a bad experience here. Partly due to overcrowding from large wedding. We turned heat in room and smelled like burnt hair and smoke alarm went off. More alarming , no staff came to check on it. called staff to stop the beeping after we got alarm to stop and they were not concerned, so we had no heat. Door locks don't work for rooms. No elevator, so beware of 2nd floor if stairs are hard. Didn't sleep all night due to highway next to window, sounded like drag racing.

Our experience was fantastic. Staff was friendly, comfortable beds, pool water was nice and warm for our kids, breakfast was spot on. I would stay here again.

Booked a room for a night. Came to check in and saw a sign that said the pool was closed for maintenance. I have little kids that were looking forward to swimming, hence why I booked a hotel with a pool. When I mentioned to the front desk associate that it didn’t say that on their website she argued with me that it was, however I have screen shots of their home page saying “enjoy the indoor pool”. She was extremely rude and we won’t ever be coming back here. Ended up going across the street to the new hotel and am now out $100.

Very clean hotel. Nice place to stay before a flight!

We were in town to attend an event at the Riverside Country Club. Boarders Inn was very convenient to that location. Our room was clean, quiet and comfortable. The free breakfast was appreciated. Will use Boarders again when next in Grand Island.

I'm a Days Inn, Motel 6 guy. But, my company paid for this, and it's a big deal to me. Feels like the Ritz to me. Nothing is perfect. Especially with the staffing issues anymore. But, I really have no complaints. Mary Kay at the desk is ideal, I would note!

Rooms are clean and beds are super comfy, breakfast is always big usually consisting of biscuits and gravy, eggs, bacon or sausage, waffles, etc. Staff are always nice. The pool has been closed for renovations and won't be open til February. There is a bar with pool tables and darts located by the front desk. You can also hold events like wedding receptions here. There was a Dennys attached but has since closed down Would recommend this hotel
