Waited over 15 minutes to be checked in. So I stood by my truck. It was unclear in the longe/waiting area (while they worked on my truck) to get your own coffee/ drinks. As they are behind a bar. Same with popcorn. Other employees came and went but said nothing about it. Maintenance worker was fixing a specific coffee machine and was constantly behind the counter. Also next to the popcorn machine.

Mauro and Steve with the certified service team were awesome. A little disappointed in the timing and scheduling situation. I had a 9:30 appointment, called in the day before to confirm time and let them know I may be a little late due to work. I live over an hour away and I would be waiting. Still didn’t get in to a tech when I came back at 1:30 that’s when Mauro and Steve went to work for me to diagnose my issue and get a tech on it for a few minutes.

Mike and I went to Tom Dinsdale’s to look at a specific vehicle we found on line. Unfortunately it was no longer available. We went into the dealership to get the manager’s business card and met Alex (sales consultant). And without sounding too cliche… the rest is history. You are hard pressed in this day and age, to find a 21 year old that doesn’t think the world revolves around them. Alex was polite, courteous, funny, and VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE!! He wasn’t pushy… he answered ALL of our questions (and there were MANY)... and took his time with us!! We would recommend stopping at Dinsdale’s if you are shopping for a vehicle!! Make sure to look for Alex. A tall young man… with a BIG smile!! 😊

Very pleased with our purchase. Our Salesman Alex Sackschewsky was amazing and worked with us. He bent over backwards to make our purchase a great one and got us a fantastic deal. If you go there to purchase a vehicle ask for Alex. He will treat you right.

I really love the waiting area. We stayed in the kids room with our grandkids and they really enjoyed the popcorn and hot chocolate. The service department found a broken part on the front end and quickly fixed it. Your prices are very reasonable also.

We brought our truck in to fix a flat/punctured tire at 9:00 a.m. We absolutely understand how things are busy, and have no problem being patient and waiting. However, we did not hear anything back about the status of the truck until 3:30 p.m., in which WE were the ones to reach out. I believe we made about 5 calls to the service department yesterday in which we were transferred to a "technician" in which we were sent to a voicemail each time with no return call made. We were told the truck would be ready before the workers left at 5:00p.m., and "if it's not done then, our guys will stay late to get the job done". When 5:00 came and went, we still hadn't heard about the status of the truck. More phone calls on OUR end resulted in us being transferred again to a technician. This time, it was a different technician than the one who had been working on our truck. He informed us that the truck wasn't ready to be picked up, because they weren't able to patch the tire, and recommended that we purchase a new tire to replace, for an estimated $400-500 in our cost. We asked if the spare tire could be put on and if we could pick up the truck, in which that request was granted. We paid for the bill and came to pick up the truck when we got back to town, as we work out of town. When I looked over the punctured tire that was left in the back of truck...it was evident that the punctured tire hadn't been fixed. The reason for our frustration is that we feel the technician's didn't take their time to take care of a completely fixable tire. We were told "Well, we put air back into it, but it keeps leaking air"....upon further inspection of the damaged tire at home, by simply pushing on the sidewall of the tire with my bare hand I was able to move the tire and have air leak out...which would mean to me that tire wasn't correctly placed back into the correct position. There just wasn't the detail to the service put into fixing our simple issue. We took our tire to another local shop in G.I. and they fixed the issue with no time wasted and had our truck returned VERY quickly. It's also frustrating that instead of your shop fixing this issue themselves in a timely manner, they immediately went to the "You need a new tire" solution which would've been an insanely unnecessary cost to us. We haven't really had any issues with the service department until our last two visits. Unfortunately, we've made the decision that we won't be returning to T.D. in Grand Island for future service. If we have any recall issues, we will be servicing those at a different dealership that we feel we can trust.

Roy and his team were great! After terrible hail on my brand new car we were devastated. Roy and the team got it looking new again. Even gave me a loaner car so I didn't have to extend my rental. Maro then took over and did some retro fitting so I did not have to come back again. Let me say that having my car back as new WITH seat warmers now was a blessing!! Thanks to everyone. I was towing my 5th wheel with my Chevy truck when it suddenly told me Clean Exhaust Filter and then told me Maintenance Required, and Decreased Power as I was going down I-80. I pulled off at the closest exit at 30 mph, which happened to be the Grand Island exit. It was late Saturday afternoon and there was an RV camp ground by the highway, so I camped there until Monday when Tom Dinsdale Chevy opened. I drove my truck over to Chevy service department first thing. The guy at the desk (wish I knew his name) listened to my story and then took his laptop out to my truck and started running a diagnostics on my truck. It turned out to be a simple fix and he had be back on the road in 30 minutes with no charge. Thanks for your help and great service.
