I appreciate the way Shawn has been so helpful in keeping my aging truck on the road. Between Check Engine and Low Tire lights as well as messages about tires being low, repair tire sensors and service 4 wheel drive, my dashboard has been lit up like a Christmas tree for years. Fix one thing and another light or warning would appear. Now, finally, my 2008 2500HD Diesel is light free and running like a champ. Plus they took the time to locate and install REAL running boards vs those silly tube things that I would slip off of when getting out of the truck. I am very happy with the people and the dealership itself. I've been an ongoing customer since 1997 when I moved back to NE from CA.

Our family Christmas trip was saved by the wonderful crew at this dealership. An hour into our 9 hour drive home our oil pressure dropped and we entered a nightmare scenario. After two other calls to a dealer and a mechanic in Kearney who turned us away, we called the dealership and the lovely lady who answered said to come in and they’d help. Turns out we needed a new exhaust manifold. What I would have anticipated taken days, Shawn turned into a 5 hour solution and we were back on the road. I honestly can’t thank the crew here enough. They turned a disaster around. Super friendly, great customer lounge, and made our holidays far easier than it would have been otherwise. I’ve honestly never had a better experience under the circumstances. Thanks to each and every person we interacted with. Highly recommended.

Only problem was I had an appointment on Thursday, did not hear anything so I called them Friday afternoon. They said they hadn't even gotten my car in yet and wouldn't until probably Monday. Don't know why they gave me an appointment of they didn't have time to get it in until Monday. I was without my car for 6 days.

I had an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation. I was in and out in a little less the a hour. Fantastic service. Cliff was very helpful with helping me check in using the kiosk. Love the waiting area. I will definitely go back.

Alex Sackschewsky was the best ever! He knew exactly what we wanted and picked out the vehicle that my wife immediately fell in love with. He was super and I highly recommend him. He was honest and worked with us to make sure that we drove home with that specific vehicle. Most vehicle-purchasing experiences seem to always be such high-stress and high-pressure situations, but not here. It was very stress-free and may I say, even a relaxing experience! Thank you Tom Dimsdale and Thank you Alex Sackschewsky for making the experience a lovely one!!

While on a vacation our Siverado's transmission went out. Limped into their service dept as soon as they opened on a Friday. Getting a new one in quickly was going to be a challenge but had it delivered and installed by Tuesday afternoon. They even tried to hook us up with a loaner car but our travels took us to other states so couldn't pull that off. The courtesy driver took us to various locations to find a rental. Service department was incredible, mechanic has me running great again and waiting area was awesomely comfortable. Thank you.
