Feel like your service department is very organized but we brought out truck in by 7:30 am. Apparently they didn't even look at it until late afternoon so we had to leave it overnight for a repair that was outrageously overpriced. We probably won't use your service department again although all of our vehicles were purchased from you.

Buying process was easy and we got our truck delivered which was great. We didn’t have it very long until we found out the bearings were completely shot so after an expensive repair we definitely didn’t get as good of a deal as we originally thought. I feel like the service department should have caught that... Edit - The dealership reached out in response to this review and after submitting our receipts gave us a full refund for the repairs! I can now highly recommend them as standing behind their vehicles.

Miguel Ortiz was extremely helpful to let me know that I was in need of tires. He also explained the differences between some tires. I knew that he knew what he was talking about as I had just checked out the differences. I appreciated his honesty and his helpfulness. He also managed to get the tires on at the same time I got the oil change and I did not have to come back for another appointment. This meant a lot to me, as I had to be out of town for the next two days.

Oil change was done fine. We were checking out tires and were at Sam’s Club. In the meantime the person had tires put on and did not confirm with us first. The next morning we had a low tire and took it to Hastings Dinsdale. The valve stem was torn. This had to have happened at the time it was put on the vehicle. 3 hours of sitting around waiting for repair. I’m very disappointed in the Grand island service Dept. At this point I would NOT recommend your services.

Mauro Torres was my 'advisor'. His care and concern regarding the needs of my vehicle during it's service was outstanding. He definitely made me feel that my Equinox and me were of great value to the work that he is hired to do. Our initial visit was for an oil change. That's when my husband spotted the 2022 gmc canyon. We met up with a very personable sales rep named Kaden Shada. He answered all our questions & went the extra mile to make us comfortable about our trade. You can tell he definitely enjoys what he's doing. He gave us his number & said to be sure & call if any questions later on. Very easy & enjoyable transaction.
