Kinkaider Brewing Co. Grand Island

We held our 2022 company Christmas party in the beautiful Barrel Room. Kori was a gem to plan with. She really listened to how we wanted the evening to go, from enjoying our meal family style to the entertainment afterwards, and then made it happen to perfection. Our bartender Jordan was so incredibly knowledgeable about all of the delicious craft brews available and had the most fun and upbeat personality. We really enjoyed having our own personal bartender and getting drink suggestions from her and we never had an empty glass, she was on the ball the entire night. I can't forget a shout out to the kitchen staff. Everything from our appetizers to the meal to the desserts were top notch. They slipped in and out of the room without being noticed and the food was always hot! It was a treat from the time we arrived until the time we left. We have found our go-to venue for future company parties! Thank you Kinkaiders for a truly classy evening!

Very good beer! BEST IN THE AREA. Food was excellent, did not disappoint. Would recommend 10 out of 10! Danielle the bartender made the difference, knowledgeable, friendly, couldn't ask for a better server. Star of the show was the 1904 brown, what a beer!

Awesome building and great atmosphere. Did the five tasters and the Devil's Gap Jalapeno Ale was my favorite. Big thumbs up on the classic bacon cheeseburger! Five star service! Would definitely go back..

So many delicious brews and ciders, the 12 sample flight was a great way to try them all. Food was delicious, more options than your typical bar fare. Patio was lovely for watching the sunset.

Oh ya !! 6 months ago Going to return with thee wife. ""REturn trip 8-6-22 from wichita"" The brisket and mac n cheese was so so so very Good. I've tried there Lincoln tap room so my beer expectations were fairly high but I was so lucky to Venture in. Everyone was friendly seating at the bar def a return 4 to 5 hour one way drive BUTT what the------ I live to be happy. ;--).

We stopped at Kinkaider for dinner as we were passing through town and it was outstanding! Incredible service, best Brisket I’ve had in years and make sure to get an order of the Mac & Cheese with Burnt Ends. It’ll blow you away! They also have an excellent selection of beers to try, my favorite was the Dan The Wiser White Peach.

Traveling through the area and staying in town tonight. Have tried a couple of restaurants in downtown Grand Island on a previous visit and thought we would try the food at Kinkaider. Had a very good chicken bacon ranch flat bread (didn't get a photo as we wolfed it down immediately!). Would have to say that the sweet potato fries are excellent. Very classic waffle fry type - be sure to ask for some of their garlic aioli for dipping! Beers on tap we're pretty average. IPAs were rather one-dimensional without much intensity in the hop profile. But a good place to try some very good food options.

I’m ranking the restaurants according to other Nebraska restaurants and not with the Southern restaurants. Our server was great! Attentive, upbeat, and good vibes. They had funny Knick knacks on the walls and around the restaurant. Food was good. The onion rings were good and crispy. Although Nashville hot sandwich wasn’t hot, it was flavorful. FYI for a gauge-I do like a kick and I also like crawfish to burn my mouth and lips. The burger was juicy, flavorful and cooked to the right temperature and the fries were crispy! The root beer was carbonated sweetness. There is a full size bar inside and high top and low top tables.

Really good service with spacious outdoor seating! I ordered a medium rare steak and it was delicious and flavorful that it didn’t need to be dip in A1 sauce. I can actually taste some flavor compared to the steak I had at Texas Roadhouse. Everything was delicious and I would highly recommend this place!
