Kinkaider Brewing Co. Grand Island

Very good food and great service, I was impressed. Nice uplifting atmosphere. It was nice to see that they kept and updated the Nathan Detroit's interior. In the photo in the front was the house smoked brisket and swiss dip sandwich with house made onion rings. The brisket was wonderful, the onion rings were big and great. Next time I order I will opt for the extra swiss on the smoked brisket. In the middle is an appetizer that is artichoke spinach dip (and cheese) with toasted garlic toast, dip served warm and made in house when ordered. Excellent with multiple flavors, I really enjoyed the finishing taste of the dip! At the top is a mushroom burger with lettuce and tomato. The burger was big (8 oz), charbroiled and juicy, excellent. Since this was lunch I did not try the beer, but I'll be back....

Good food, good vibes. I'm not a beer drinker but saw the list and it should be a beer drinkers happy place with their large selection as a micro brewery. Waitress was very attentive. Prices were good and will be going back again.

Customer service is a huge deal with me and obviously a huge deal for the staff of Kinkaiders as well. Somehow the meal was served before the appetizer and so we just cancelled it with our server. She asked if we would like to replace it with a dessert. Not much of a dessert person so we declined. At the end of our dinner we were visited by the manager and the chef with two beautiful and delicious desserts. Kudos to you!! We will definitely be back!

This microbrewery is in the downtown area. They have a few beers. I had the Devils Gap Jalapeño ale. Really good body. They managed to infused the flavor and smell of the Jalapeño without overpowering the flavor of the beer. Frame the butcher was the IPA I had. For being 6.8 ABV, it was not very hoppy. The 4 country Pale Ale is as more hoppy. Well balanced American hops. All beers mean something; town names, county, etc. The bartender share the store of the brewery and it was cool how they started. You'll have to come to find out. The decorations is kind of confusing tho. It looks more like a restaurant.

Showed up on a very busy night with a large group. The hostess went out of her way to accommodate us, food and beer were great, and the wait staff were fun and personable with our table.

I really feel terrible leaving a bad review, but I just have to be honest. My husband ordered a beer flight and I ordered a spirit flight. We were both really excited to try what the brewery and distillery have to offer. The beers were warm and flat, but had decent flavor. The spirits were horrible! I'm a huge spirit lover, these were all undrinkable. I tried 5 of the 7, so I feel like I got a good representation. The worst I've ever had. The food was okay. Not great, not terrible. The service was the same. Not great, not terrible. The price was not worth it. $83 for dinner for 2.

Had a great experience. Our waiter was friendly and checked on us a few times. The food was awesome. I definitely recommend the Thai chilli shrimp. So yummy.

We did our holiday party here. The food and service were fantastic. Delene was super easy to work with. The holiday decorations were a great touch, and everyone had a great time. We will be back!!
