Best gym in town! For only 25$ a month I get 24/7 access to everything I could ever need. Tons of cardio machines, free weights and racks for squatting, functional room and even a brand new sauna. The owner Scott along with Sam and Shari are just amazing. They keep the gym clean and orderly. They continue to make the gym better and better, making it a joy showing up.

This is the best gym in town!! I love that it's so spacious so no matter how many people are there it doesn't feel packed! Always super clean, and all the staff is super welcoming and nice!! Scott, the owner is super nice and always has such a great attitude!! Let's not forget to mention "gym" the dog he's super sweet and awesome too!

I love the Health Plex for many reasons, but at the top of my list would be the community of people. The staff is extremely welcoming and members are respectful of one another and equipment. I love the variety of equipment and the amount of space to do endless variety of workouts. Health Plex is a very unique and special place for the community. We are blessed to have such an amazing and clean gym in Grand Island to better ourselves mentally and physically!

Best gym around! Friendly staff, awesome equipment and gives off old school vibes. Scott the owner is very passionate about what he does and always try’s to provide the best for his customers and staff I wouldn’t wanna workout anywhere else! It is a must go to place to get a great workout in! Keep it up.

If you’re planning on getting a membership to the Health Plex, then be prepared to get more than just a gym. This place has the friendliest staff and members in the area. The first day I signed up at the Health Plex I was greeted by Scott (owner) while working out and I’ve never felt more welcomed into a facility than I did that day. Him and his staff go the extra mile to make you feel as if you’re part of a family rather than just a gym. The Health Plex is spacious with a wide variety of equipment to hit all the muscle groups just right. As if all that isn’t enough….. there’s this guy!

Best gym ever honestly, I have never been to a gym that has an environment and staff like this. Everyone is super friendly and personable. Scott takes the time to truly learn about his members and always greets everyone with a smile 😊 The gym is always clean and well maintained, they have also taken the time and effort to upgrade the amenities available to the members. I 100% recommended this gym and I truly look forward to going there everyday !

By far my favorite gym 😍 The gym is versatile and has any equipment you could need. The community is fun, not intimidating, & personable (including Gym— the gym dog). The owner Scott, is a good dude and will have ya laughing before you leave. I have never encountered any issues while coming here in the last 3 years. Love my gym family 💜

One of the best gyms I've been a member of. Scott treats me and my wife like family and is one of the most genuine people you will ever meet. The gym is great, Scott has made amazing updates to it and is always keeping everyone happy! His dog Gym keeps the smiles going as well!

Love this gym. Scott and the staff are amazing! The gym is always clean and has everything I need for a good workout. The new sauna is awesome and I can’t wait for what else Scott has planned for the gym. I really love that even when it’s busy it doesn’t feel busy like other gyms do. There is enough space AND EQUIPMENT for everyone. Great environment to improve yourself.

HealthPlex is an excellent gym. I trained there for a week while visiting Grand Island. It has everything I needed to continue my bodybuilding contest prep from free weights & machines to stairclimbers. The decor is motivating,too. I highly recommend this gym.
