Great Gym all Around hands down! Scott, Sam and Sherry are always so welcoming!! I have been a member here for almost two years & in those two years the gym has continuously worked on updating the equipment. The gym has it all, Sauna, free weights, machines and plenty of cardio options. I highly recommend this gym!

If you're looking for a great place to start or continue your fitness goals, I highly recommend Health Plex. Free weight , cardio , mobility and sauna rooms are just some of the great aspects about it. Top that off with an amazing staff, you can't get any better! Plus, it's been around for 40 years and that tells you that it's definitely cemented itself into one of the best if not thee best gym in the 308 area.

40 years in business is an amazing feat and the gym keeps getting better and better! I have been a member for over 20 years and Scott, Sam, Shari and Gym are family to me. They make the gym what it is, an awesome place to come to every day. From the equipment, to the many updates that have been made, to the smiling faces...its my home gym and always will be.

The Health Plex is the best gym there is! The staff makes you feel right at home and so comfortable. You’ll know each of them by name within the first week that you sign up. Members are encouraging, helpful, and have great gym etiquette. The environment is unmatchable. Hands down the best place to be! So thankful for the Health Plex!

I can honestly say this is the best gym you will find in Grand Island. The staff are not only welcoming, but will treat you like family. They have tons of new equipment for certain muscle groups so you won't find yourself standing around waiting for something to open. The members will become your best friends so there are always friendly faces to help spot you if needed. 10 outta 10 recommend! Love Scott, Sam and Shari!!

Best gym in town! Well kept, the staff and members are friendly! Can ask anybody for a spot if u need one. Has all the machines n cardio equipment that u would need to reach your goals! The new sauna scott put in is awesome n I believe its the biggest sauna in grandisland! Definitely worth checking it out.

I have been a member since the club started out on the Hwy., so I honestly have never been to another gym. But to me, that speaks volumes. Thru the years Scott has worked tirelessly to make the whole “gym experience” a positive one. I have seen many, many upgrades thru the years, and Scott has always had the best interests of his members at heart. Sure there might be some who are dissatisfied, but there’s always two sides to the coin. People come and people go. But where the gym is now, is head and shoulders above any other gym or fitness center in town. The staff at HP is always looking out for the best interests of its members and everyone is treated fairly. With all the upgrades now, equipment, floors, sauna, facelifts…. It’s a gym for the people!!! Keep up the good work, and here’s to another 40 years, can’t wait to see what’s it store for the future Scott !!!! Oh and don’t forget Gym, the dog. I truly have a soft spot for him .

The best gym i've been to by a long shot! Lots of equipment, plenty of free weights, an awesome activity area and even an area outside to workout. Scott is fantastic, there's a reason he's been in business for 40 years! His staff is amazing as well! the best part of the gym is Gym 🐾 haha come see for yourself! …

This is a great gym! Awesome vibes, equipment, members and staff. From free weights to machines and a brand new sauna, they have it all. The membership fee is only $25 a month so it’s worth it. The staff is on site 8-8 on Mondays-Saturdays.
