Being a overweight and shy person my whole life, I decide to get fit I would need a Trainer, someone to hold me a countable! I joined HealthPlex and asked Scott if he would Train me. I couldn’t have been more impressed and I was getting Fit, for the first time, Not only did Scott help me, he became a great friend! HealthPlex is the best gym on grand island, Nebraska…. Health Plex is a fantastic gym, tons of equipment for cardio and weights-machine & free weights. The staff is always friendly and helpful, I've never felt gym-timidation there. Scott brings a smile every time he stops in!

This gym is coming up! Really well equipped machines for specific muscles. Bathroom was spotless and the staff were all very welcoming! I’d like to shout out sherry . She was very polite and gave me an inside scoop for what health pled has planned for there on going makeover. The excitement she had in showing me the gym made me more pumped to lift 🔥🙌💪 Overall best gym in Nebraska! Definitely coming back . Thank you health plex for the awesome experience

This is not just any ordinary gym. It’s a home town gym where you’re treated like family. You are greeted with a smile every time you walk through the doors. Health Plex has the capability of helping anyone reach their personal goals, whether that’s CrossFit, powerlifting, running a marathon or if you’re wanting to lose a few pounds. The sky is the limit when you become a member at The Health Plex. I’ve met so many great influences, and knowledgeable people who have years of experience in the gym. I’ve learned a ton and have even made some close friends since I’ve joined in 2020.

My review is based on experiences from many years ago. When I cancelled my membership the employee in charge of it at the time did not execute the cancellation resulting in continued withdraws from my account. I had a discussion with the owner Scott Norton where no resolution to the matter was achieved. At the time, you'd sign in upon entering. Taking that into consideration along with the fact that he hadn't seen me there for nearly five months, I figured there could be a resolution to the matter. I never got a dime back of the $435 or so I was charged. He rarely made a favorable impression with me. I personally found the guy to be rather arrogant. I don't know how the facility is now or what the upgrades have been. The ceilings used to be filthy and the men's locker room/shower area was not well kept. Similar with the machines and equipment. Grungy and unclean. I thought that the weight lifting and strength training machine options were better than than the cardiovascular ones. It used to be the only show in town. At any rate, following how I was treated after having been a loyal member I advised the owner that I would never return to his establishment and I haven't. You'll have to check it out and judge for yourself. Make sure to read your contract thoroughly so there's no issues there. Don't assume the employee is going to follow through on what's been agreed to would be my advice as ownership didn't accept responsibility for what transpired with my experience.

Pretty much everything you could want in a gym! With a great amount of equipment, and they’re still always finding ways to improve what they already have. The staff here is great and the atmosphere is very laid back and welcoming, which makes going and getting a workout in that much more enjoyable!

Amazing gym, in the year i’ve gone to this gym it has recieved tons of upgrades and innovations such as a new sauna, lockers, squat rack, and more. The staff is very passionate about this gym and are very nice. A good amount of equipment for lifting weights, cardio, etc etc, great environment and wouldn’t go to any other gym.

Scott, Sam and Sherri are all great people, make you feel right at home and very welcome. Friendly and helpful. And “Gym” the dog always makes me smile! Great equipment and the newly remodeled sauna is very nice.
