Best Western Plus Grand Island Inn & Suites

Very friendly desk staff. First room, the window attachment for the locking mechanism was broken off and laying on the window, plus refrigerator was unplugged and was shoved back in its cabinet. Staff quick to change rooms. Next room was good. Fast food plenty around this location. Restaraunts were on the north end of town.

The rooms were clean and spacious. Each room had a microwave, coffee machine, and small refrigerator. The bed was comfortable enough for a good night's sleep. The breakfast was really nice: omelets,hash browns, eggs, biscuits, pancakes, coffee and ice coffee machines, oj and apple juice, muffins,bars, oatmeal, fresh fruits etc. They also have bagels, bread, raisin bread if you want to toast your own. The customer service from the crew whether it was cleaning to front desk was great. The next time I am in Nebraska this will be my first choice for the price paid

The staff at the front desk and breakfast were very friendly and helpful. The outside appearance gave you the thought that this looks like a nice hotel. As you step in to the lobby, your thoughts are confirmed as you are greeted by the front desk staff. Check in is expedient. The room is well furnished and nicely decorated. The beds are comfortable with plenty of pillows. For extra fun, the nice sized indoor pool provides for an excellent swimming area for the entire family. The hotel location is at a good spot making food delivery fast and easy. Though the Best Western Inn and Suites is located 5 miles away from the interstate, my family and I believe it to be worth the short drive. I highly recommend staying at the Best Western Inn and Suites, Grand Island, Nebraska. Well done Best Western!!!

The hotel was very clean. The staff could have been just a little more inviting. Good morning goes a long way to a guest. The room was very clean and spacious. The breakfast was good. On a down note the one bed was very lumpy and had springs sticking up in the mattress, when you layer in the bed you sunk and rolled to the middle of the mattress. We even made a joke about an episode of I Love Lucy, where Ethel pulled Fred's PJ shirt and hooked it to the bottom of the bed frame so he wouldn't roll into the middle of the bed. 😆 🤣

After 15 hours of driving we checked in and had an issue with our reservation. Kent at the front the desk went ABOVE AND BEYOND to help us out to correct the issue. While he was helping us he was courteous to other guests and people on the phone. Kent made the quick overnight stay well worth all the hours of driving.

The hotel was nice and clean and I loved the walk in shower!

It was clean, polite staff, breakfast was as advertised and there was plenty of room to sit, or sit in the lobby. Very comfortable furniture in the lobby.

Very clean, very well kept. Changed my impression of the Best Western Brand. I will stay at Best Western plus again because of my experience

Stopped related to high winds. Servicecworkercatcdesk who helped me in/out was so nice. She was very apprecited!

The front desk clerks were great. The rooms were nice, clean & comfortable. Breakfast had many options on a Friday morning. The kitchen staff kept the dining room stocked & clean. NOW, the issue, a guest in my room left a blanket. Called only hours later and they had not found it yet. Told her to call in the morning. So she did. Manager informed her they do not keep a "lost & found". Beware! If you leave an item it gets tossed! Only reason I docked two stars!!!
