Best Western Plus Grand Island Inn & Suites

All of the great reviews on line are 100% on point. Friendly, good food choices within walking distance, good parking, super clean, comfy beds...lobed it!

Very nice hotel. Front desk very helpful. Rooms spotless and comfortable. Nice breakfast buffet in the morning. Easy off and on I80.

Wow.... one word describes our experience. I've been a loyal Marriott rewards member and a lifetime silver elite member.... Best Western Plus has made me reconsider my go to hotels. Thank you for opening my eyes.

Nice lobby. No strange odors in room. King sized bed was too soft and sagged in the middle. We could see that as soon as we entered. Breakfast was OK.

Convenient location to many businesses. Friendly staff and very helpful. The breakfast was hot and delicious. Not many hotels make hot breakfasts and I am glad they do take care of there customers. Dining area was large and spacious. I am glad there was enough parking with amount people and buses that were there that night.

Staff was great, rooms were clean. Call to see if we could check in early, we were told we could as long as the rooms were ready when we got there but it wasn’t a for sure yes. Got here early and the two ladies that assisted us were wonderful! Definitely will stay here again.

I used to work in the hospitality industry and have very high expectations on the service, cleanliness, and overall experience. This hotel exceeded my expectations!!! I spent a total of two nights, and was extremely happy. The wedding party i was with had a block of rooms there and, said they also had a great stay! I highly recommend this hotel!!!! Thank you.

I had a room reserved for the evening of 11/28/22. The weather was AWFUL, my car and uhaul were all over the road in hard to see conditions! I had to stop driving for mine & my families safety. We ended up staying at the Best Western in Sidney that evening. HOWEVER, when I called the Best Western in Grand Island about the weather the woman I spoke to at the front desk said, “I can’t help you, call back tomorrow and speak with Karla.” So I did just that, I called in the morning to speak with Karla. Karla never came to the phone & then proceeded to ignore my message and not call me back. Terrible customer service. I completely understand that a cancellation policy was in place, I just wanted to see if there were exceptions because of the unsafe weather. Or to see if my reservation could be transferred from one best western to the other. If you can’t complete the basic task of returning a call, perhaps you shouldn’t be the manager.

The beds were comfy, the rooms clean, the indoor pool and hot tub were clean and plenty of towels for guests. The exercise room looked very nice and clean too although we did not use it. The breakfast was sufficient for my family.
