My wife purchased a car through Gary Warta..It has been a good and enjoyable experience. He explained the options that were available to us during the purchasing phase and once our decision was made he explained the options that were on the vehicle and how to use them. I really regret buying a new pickup from them and don't get me wrong I love both of my F150 but it's a nightmare every time they need to be serviced... Monday 06/03 I took my 2021 for a oil change, new filters,wipers,tire alignment, car wash and paint touch-up.. The truck was there from 9:30am until 6pm and didn't get the car washed and no paint was touched up when I asked why I was told the touch-up crew wasn't there that day and they scheduled me for Thursday 06/09 for full car wash including vacuum and paint touch-up. Well Pickup was there since 9:30am and right around 3pm they called saying that the paint crew didn't show up again but they washed the truck and performed another oil change. I told them that the pickups oil was 5 days old that all it needed was the paint repairs and wash and the guy said I can scheduled you again next Monday 06/13 and I'm like really we need to use the truck on our construction business I can't bring it in every time you're guessing the paint crew is going to be here so I was told to scheduled again when my husband is not using the truck. Who knows when that will get done my husband works everyday and uses that pickup... Now the cherry on top of the cake.. Monday 06/13 I asked how much it was for a windshield replacement on my 2018 f150 platinum and they give me two prices $580 for Oem and $525 for other brand and my second question was is this including taxes and Javier said yes including taxes so I checked with my husband and we decided to go with the $525 glass.. The Windshield was installed today Wednesday 06/15 and I was billed for $700+... Come on Ford what's all this nonsense? You need to get you S..T together.

Anderson Ford lacks customer service and communication. I have made several calls to resolve an issue with a warranty cancellation after the sell of the vehicle. After 6 months, it remains unresolved. They make idle promises with absolutely no follow through. I would not choose service through Anderson or purchase any additional vehicles from this company. If you like to struggle with communication and enjoy frustration with lack of service, I recommend this company, otherwise keep driving down the road.

I had a tire blow out on my work van on the way to Grand Island on Monday, February 21. I called Anderson Ford and Emily told me to bring it in. I dropped off the tire on the way to the job site. Before lunch time she was calling to inform me the new tire was ready to be picked up. Minimal down time and no screwing around. This place has got it figured out. Some of the best customer service I've ever experienced

I had an extremely pleasant experience dealing with Anderson. I called and explained what I was looking for and in less then a day they had my dream truck ready for me. Alfredo the salesman I was working with was the upmost professional and made sure we understood everything that was going on. He went out of his way multiple times to make sure my truck was ready to go including personally showing up to the service shop to express how bad he wants the truck ready to go for me as soon as possible. The truck was ready on his day off and he made sure to come in and get everything taken care of while I had the day off. I HIGHLY recommend going to Anderson for your truck needs and asking for Alfredo personally he will not disappoint. Thank you Anderson for wonderful service.

We were traveling through with our Ford 350, camper and towed classic VW attempting to find someone to check a miss in the pickup's V10 engine. Going into the Anderson service center, I explained our situation and the first response was they were booked. Pausing a second the service person said wait a moment. When she returned, she stated take the camper off and park the VW and bring the truck back. In an hour, the problem was diagnosed and we agreed to the repairs. We received our pickup back late in the afternoon and we were really happy with its performance. Never had a problem though South Dakota, the Grand Tetons, Yellowstone (yes we missed the floods by leaving the day before) or the drive back to the Seattle area. The Anderson people were polite, and very accommodating with our situation. They also did a great job on the truck. We are really thankful for their professionalism and helpfulness.

I was not happy at all with the advisor or the waiting. I was advised of what was needed. The tech had to thoroughly explain about the exact needed repair. The tech should have let the advisor know the exact information, and the advisor should have let the customer know what the tech specifically said. I was giving the run around constantly and had to call a numerous amount of times to check the status of my car. I was constantly told "we would let you know." Was never aware unless I called. I was also never aware of them waiting on the parts needed. The customer should have been called to let them know. When I got the car back, it was washed, but there was black caulk under the door. I will not take the car back there unless a dire emergency. The service department needs to do their job a lot better than what they did. After having a talk to the service manager to straighten the issue out that changed my review to 5 star. Raymond resolved this situation very well. That changed my perspective. Thank you Raymond

The staff was friendly and very helpful. I loved being able to drop off my vehicle and I received a text with a link to see what needed fixed, the cost to fix it and I could approve or deny the recommended repairs, all from work! My vehicle is running so much better and I am very happy with the service!
