Anderson Ford of Grand Island

The service was acceptable. This is, however, the THIRD time the ABS has needed service. The vehicle is 5 yrs old with just 20,000 miles. I am NOT happy with Ford!

Amazing customer service! We were traveling through the area when our truck broke down. I called and they said they could take a quick look right away, which was about 4pm. They diagnosed it, then found parts around town, AND offered to fix it first thing the next morning! Mike came in early and got us on the road by 0830! So thankful!

Nothing but great things to say about my experience. My salesman Jake Wilson was amazing. I called about a vehicle I saw on the website, sent them pics and details of my trade in, and they had an email offer to me within a couple hours. Straight forward on pricing. They gave me an ETA on the vehicle and it showed up right when he said it would. They sent me a personalized video of the vehicle straight off of the truck after unloading. I live two hours away and the truck came in on a Friday. I was not going to be able to come get it on a Saturday so they offered to drive it to me and drive back my trade as well. Overall a great experience.

Excellent customer service, as soon as we walk in, they greet us with a smile, then they took us to a table, where we sat down, they listened to all of our needs & what we were looking for in a car. They searched through their inventory & not even 15 to 20 mins later they found the perfect car for my daughter. When you go, ask for Dan. Will definitely come back.

It took over 5 hours to buy a truck I was interested in. Feel like I got a good deal on the truck but couldn't believe customer service.
