At first I came in and I found out the pickup I wanted was gone but the guys at Anderson Ford did everything in their power to make it work and they made sure I found a pickup I loved. This is one of the nicest dealerships I’ve been to, the salesman and the manager treated people like actual people and not just another sale.

It has come to my attention that Anderson Ford is not a reliable place to come to for repairs or purchasing a vehicle. Please give close attention to other 3 star and below reviews. my family will no longer come here and I will let my friends know as well.

Service Communication was terrible. I still don't know if my vehicle needs to go back in and get some parts put on it, as they were on backorder. They charged for parts and I don't even know if they are put on the truck. Their technicians left grease on my seats, and the floor was absolutely covered in grime, and oil caked dirt. I do not recommend their service department. They were more concerned about getting out of there on a Friday than answering questions.

We had the opportunity to work with Dan and he was great. Would recommend him to anyone. Helped us out with finding the right vehicle and they worked hard to get us the lowest possible financing. No pressure and no hassle.

It was very difficult to work with Tom in body repair. Difficult to coordinate appointments on the telephone and his procedural requirements caused me to dead head to the shop twice. Each time he declined to physically look at the van. My calls were not returned until he received the insurance payment. He then requested to physically see the vehicle. I told him I would come in for the third time if he would compensate me for dead miles. At this point he told me he couldn't do the repairs. From first contact to this point took six weeks. Poor professionalism.

Our sales lady was very fun and personable! She was not pushy and was very patient with us as we were making our decision. They were very amazing to work with and we will for sure buy our next vehicle there!

Bought a couple vehicles here and had a great experience. Had to do some service on one and the communication was horrendous, went weeks without hearing anything, finally had to call everyday for a week before we found out what was going on. The last three weeks it was there the communication was great so I don't know what was going on.

Service is beyond awful. Tried to set up an appointment several times. dropped my car off where i was told to, left keys in car as i was told. And they claim i never checked in. I was never told how or notified. called 4 hours after drop off and everyone is clueless as to what is going on and hadnt even look into it. the appointment was set up though! Setting up an appointment online has errors as well so try if you can to do it that way. I've called several times within the last 4 days and have been on longer than 20min holds. I even left a voicemail last week and no one got back to me! I'm returning because a part, I didn't come in for to get repaired, months ago. It is no longer working that they went ahead and ended up replacing. What I came in to get fixed never even was fixed. Prepare for a 30min hold. prices are far from reasonable. I'm only returning because the part they gave me not even 7 months ago doesn't work and now it would be more expensive to go elsewhere to fix it. I'm spreading the word as best as I can informing friends and family to do so as well.

Wonderful and friendly people here... I can't say enough about their staff... Stephanie and the Tech who worked on my truck Danny were incredibly helpful, professional and so polite... they told me what was wrong with my truck... and then it was repaired.... no surprises... no fuss... absolutely blown away by their service... I'll be going back... they won a customer for life... thank you so much Anderson Ford!!!
