Buffalo Wild Wings

Our waitress/bar tender Keke and the shift manager Kara were great and handled our challenge amazing. The gentlemen that brought us our food that was wrong was not great. Really was rude even though not our fault or our waitresses fault. In the end Keke and Kara nailed it.

The food was good. The service was terrible. We were seated ad ordered promptly, that was great. However, our server took a long time to bring out anything. All our drinks and entrées were served separately. Like, 2 drinks here, 5 minutes later another drink, then another one. Same with the food. My youngest had his 10 minutes before 3 more came out. We finally had to ask the server where the last one was. I don't know if he was new or just flustered or what. I was very agitated by the time we were done.

Be prepared for cold food, incomplete order, and an attitude from the staff, don't show up on time to pick up your order either, because it is never ready on time. Not my first bad experience here, but it will be the last. I advise BWW to get their stuff together, or this location isn't going to last

This was the worst experience I have ever had taking my family out to eat! Absolutely no one should waste your time or hard earned money here after tonight. To start of with my family and I sat down for a half hour before we were even offered drinks we asked the waiter walking around several times for service and we were blatantly ignored he made eye contact after being spoken to then walked away . after watching him serve 3 other tables drinks i finally had to leave our table to talk to another waitress about even starting our drink orders which she was almost not willing to do because we were not our table. We order our food and after waiting about 20 min which food for 4 people I find to be reasonable. All of my tables food was cold not luke warm cold and one person in our party had to wait an additional 10 minutes just to receive her food wrong she is lactose intolerant and would prefer not to eat cheese she however did not want to wait any longer and chose to eat it anyway. I talked to the manager finally after speaking to our waitress asking for him for over 15 minutes to ask if we could receive fresh food . at this point my party was highly irritable and hungry. Seth the "manager" finally returned to bring our redone motz sticks and to tell me it would be about 4 or 5 more minutes for my wings. I set a timer I waited an additional 15 min and then had to chase down our waitress to ask not only gor a refill on my partys drinks the first of witch in over 45 minutes. At this point they brought my party the wrong amount and wrong type of wings. After speaking to seth he told me I could go the corporate route but there would he no point because we would just have this same conversation again. After telling me that he disagreed with how the evening went in had to ask several people for to go boxes and a bill! At no point in time during our visit did the 2 wait staff have more than a 4 table maximum between the two of them this was totally unacceptable. Never ever again will I send anyone here or step foot in this restaurant again . rude staff, bad food, and no accountability from management they should just shut the place down.

Our server was super awesome, didn't catch his name. Food was delicious, buy an order of boneless wings get an order free tonight, really decent price for the amount of food. We will be back! Love that they have a military discount as well.

Picked up my order at 1:20 pm sat to eat not 5 minutes later and all of my food was ice cold. My order said it was still being cooked on my app and when I went to get it someone had to grab it from the back (that normally means it’s fresh) this had to have been sitting for at least 15-20 minutes. My fries are hard and my chicken was all the way cooked but cooked all the way to the center. Be weary of ordering to go food. Extremely dissatisfied!

Ordered food online expecting BWW employee to deliver , they did not they used Door Dash which is awful here in town , so of course the food was ice cold and the order incomplete. When I went to the FAQ’s orders and visits to inform the store they did nothing but say well we can’t help you because you used Door Dash! Ha but see I didn’t they did. They messed up they don’t care and end of story no one did anything to make it right, we won’t patronize the restaurant in person anymore because we had an even worse experience in the building, staff is limited and sparse if you go any time that’s normal and lack of desire to impress is apparent. Give your business to the small businesses downtown instead.

Wings were cold! One person at our table never got her food. Manager could have cared less! Will never go back!

We ordered wings and brisket sandwiches. Little bitty pieces , maybe 5 to 7 Little pieces made up this sandwiches. Wasn't worth the money. The service was slow. We had a family dinner and had to wait, while single guys at tables were taken care of. We were there for my daughters birthday and spent alot of money. Was not worth it. Quality and service has gone down.

My son loves this place. He always get their most spicy wings
