Buffalo Wild Wings

This place is way too loud. Two of us in a booth and we had to nearly yell to have a conversation with each other. Food was great.

Waitress came over tonight, didn't introduce herself no biggie. I asked for a beer, she said they were out, I asked for another beer, she said we're out with a lil attitude. I said water. We decided to leave because she was rude. Up and left. Worst service I have ever encountered. Don't go here, it's a joke.

Went with a friend at 6pm Thursday. Place was nearly empty. They were out of defrosted wings (they started telling people that at the door and I saw families just turn around and leave.) Mistakes happen - although for a wing place that seems like an easily avoided one. But the real problem was that I ordered pretzel knots and a side of celery & carrots and it took about 20 minutes. No exaggeration. A side consisted of three baby carrots and two celery sticks, one of which was "rusty" so I asked for a new one. That took five minutes (again, literally two other tables, while three hostesses and two more servers were doing???) Everything took that long... Gave two stars only because my friend's sandwich was average. This experience was fourteen bucks with the tip for mine alone.

Ordered garlic parmesan wings, they had made them spicy couldn't eat them, boneless wings were dry and hard

the product is expensive but they make fun of customers by offering products of such little value and miserable, every time I order wings they send them smaller. I paid $33.56 dollars for this mockery.

This was our first time going to Buffalo Wild Wings and it will be our last. Our waitress was terrible, it took over 20 minutes to get our drinks, we had to ask for water, she only checked on us one time. My food came out after 40 minutes and then after another 30 minutes my husband got his food. The wings were not good, I ordered spicy garlic and they were so salty I couldn't hardly eat them and there was no garlic flavor to them at all. My husband said his wings were dry. We asked for napkins and we were given paper towels from the restroom. We finally got our check when our waitress seen me get up to go to the front to get our check. Then we sat there and got tired of waiting so went to the front counter to pay and was told that we couldn't pay there. So we went back to our table and waited another 15 minutes for her to come get our check. So if I could do a rating for each thing Service would not even get one star Food one star Drinks three stars Overall experience is 1 star. We would NOT recommend anyone going to eat here.

Food was excellent our server was great but seemed to spread quite thin due to lack of help (like every restaurant these days)

I would say more often than not I am disappointed by Buffalo Wild Wings. The one time I've been here was awesome! Good portions with a good amount of sauce on the wings.

Reasonably priced drinks and hamburgers made for a good late meal. This Buffalo Wild Wings changed my opinion a bit about the BWW franchise. And for the better. The BWW near my at home is a mess. It turned me off BWW big time. This store is better. The food was good and the service was a bit frantic but good otherwise. I may try BWW again now. We'll see.

If I could give it a zero I would. I ordered thru doordash. Fries were under cooked, everything was cold, no utensils or napkins were provided, and to top it off, my cheesecake had a couple of hairs in it. I was super disappointed and was a waste of money.
