Buffalo Wild Wings

Always decent food, but not necessarily great. It's a bit inconsistent. Sometimes there's way too much sauce on the wings and sometimes hardly any. Always a good place to go but not a favorite for me.

Excellent service, food was cooked properly, food portions were of abundance, t.v.'s everywhere to enjoy your favorite sport! We had family in from out of town, we were pleased with the service we had. Plenty of parking!

Regular staffing issues here. Tonight I was told 10 min wait time, after 30 minutes I asked how much longer wait, she said she was told do not seat people as there is only one server and one bar tender. We left after waiting 1 hour, very hungry and frustrated. Please, be honest up front, at least give me a honest approximate wait time.

Large American-Based Chain of Sport Bar/Wing Restaurants. Food is consistently good. Decent Beer selection. On our last visit I got my food much earlier than my companions.

We have given them so many opportunities but they continue to disappoint. The food is fine but the service is terrible. Not only did it take forever to get refills, menus off the table, etc. more importantly it took an extremely long time to get our food. I received my food before anyone else at the table got theirs. I have three kids so waiting is always a bit miserable. Unfortunately the other 4 meals didn’t come for another 30 minutes and the sides still weren’t available. We have had this same experience time and time again. We’ve shared our concerns with management but nothing changes.

When we arrived only half the place was available for seating. After a brief wait we were finally seated. I ordered one of their limited time specials, the brew pub pizza. When it arrived (about 30 minutes later) it was Luke warm at best. Upon seeing my meal, I realized it looked nothing like the picture on the menu. The amount of toppings was almost nonexistent! Taste was just so-so. I alerted the waitress just so that she was aware of my disappointment. I did not expect a discount or anything as I was very hungry, and ate it anyway. I was told she would let the kitchen know of the way it was prepared. When she returned she told me, “I also let the manager know, and she said that there was nothing they could do about it.” Again, I wasn’t looking to be compensated for it, but the manager’s response just didn’t sit well with me. In the future I believe that I will choose a different place for my wings! Very disappointed with the whole establishment overall.

Passing through town I ordered door dash and got THIS!!! paid 4.00dlls for wedges and my Wife's burger has Stickers in it STICKERS!!!!!!! UNACCEPTABLE TRASH PLACE

I brought a group in after some games, we got seated quickly and had two waitresses. They forgot 3 items, those were brought out later. We never got silverware until we went to ask and then our waitresses never came back to check on us or refill drinks or ask how things were. I had to go to the front to ask for to go boxes and then our ticket as well. Now, if it was busy I would not have been as upset but there were only 4 other tables and when I went to the restroom there was a group of workers maybe 5 staying in a circle just chatting and laughing.

We had Jessy as our server, she was great. That was their only saving grace but still going to give the restaurant a 1 star. We ordered a burger and wings, and if took 20 minutes to get my burger then had to wait another 10 minutes for my wife’s wings. We came in with intentions of eating our dinner together instead of separately. The server charged us for a drink that was included with our childrens kids mean. $3.29 for a pop come on now. We spoke to the manager she told us they had to cook the wings cause they ran out. You have 6 fryers in your kitchen I have been back there for work, and I work in the service industry as a server/bar tender please don’t try to lie to me. We have made the decision to no longer visit the Fremont location. Congratulations you have lost another customers business.

If I would have ordered plain wings I would have been supremely satisfied. But alas I did order sauce on these wings. You want me to eat these desert dry wings? Swallow gravel essentially and then pay you $22 on top of it?!? Outstanding business model guys will be back offer !
