Quiet, not too crowded. Front desk workers were super nice. Room was fine, nothing great. Not a bad experience at all.

Room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. However, I really wanted to point out the excellent and caring customer service I received despite a challenging situation that was NOT the fault of the hotel, but rather Wyndham. Wyndham (the parent company of the Baymont franchise) dropped the ball as my reservation was lost in the system. Not the fault of the hotel. To make matters worse, I rolled in to the hotel around midnight and Wyndham's customer service hotline was closed for the night. I guess even things that you would think to have 24/7 availability no longer does in this crazy new world. I remember my grandparents telling me how they made reservations for Holiday Inn in the 70s and they had 24 hour availability back then in the "dark ages" before smartphones, more powerful than the room-sized computers running the reservation systems back then! Anyway, the staff here at the hotel were way more accommodating than they needed to be. They let me "check in" (on paper) despite my reservation & points for my night stay not showing up in the system. They didn't have to do that and I would have understood as they are a business and need to make money. They let me "check in" anyway and would handle the situation in the morning. That following morning, I worked with the general manager in trying to get the Wyndham call center to resolve the issue. She was very apologetic but it wasn't in any way her fault. Wyndham, however, was difficult to deal with and the call center workers tend to be apathetic and read off a script. The call center reps are almost like human computer programs, they only work within strict parameters and in no way deviate from that whatsoever. If only the Wyndham call center could take after the kind of customer service experienced at some of the franchised properties like this one, we'd be golden. So, in sum, my stay was excellent and the staff went above and beyond. I would, without a doubt, return should I find myself in the Fremont area. Five star rating for Baymont in Fremont, NE!

Bites from something, and the fellow I told the morning I checked out had no concern, of course I had to wake him just to get my check out receipt. Good looking room was deceiving, im still scratching the bites, and I just wanted them to do something to room or at least be concerned!

Tried checking in early by 2 hrs. Told the lady behind desk I would even pay for extra day. Rolled her eyes and without even knowing my name or looking to see what room I had reserved tells me my room not cleaned yet. Rude rude rude

No coffee makers in the room brought my rating to a 3 star review. It was quiet and clean despite some renovation going on. But, the coffee maker forced us to get coffee from Penny's Diner, and that was not even worthy of a rating.

So many things wrong. Front parking lot was being redone so had to park in the back and carry everything a longer distance. They must be redoing things because there were so many things stacked in the hallway making it a little more difficult to walk. Got into the room and it smelled weird and the toilet was dirty. TV didn’t work until we reset it ourselves. No shampoo or conditioner in the room as well as no coffee maker in the room. When I called down to the front desk about the shampoo/conditioner situation, they didn’t seem to be worried or provide a solution at all. Since hotels normally provide soaps, we did not bring anything. Would not recommend this place at all. Even for one night. Unfortunately we’re here for two.

Beds were comfortable & hotel was clean. Front desk staff was ok. Cold coffee, when asking for fresh she said microwave it. Breakfast was mediocre. Sausage links tasted reheated. Biscuits & gravy & scrambled eggs. The waffles tasted very salty, not malted. Yogurt, fruit, cereal & toast available. The pool was very, very cold only 2 towels available. The hot tub was nice & hot but very strong chemical made our eyes burn. The window sill in our room had an inch of dust on it. We were only given 1 washcloth. It doesn't look like the shower was cleaned. We opted not to use it. There was a bar on unwrapped soap, that had been used, still in the shower.

Very nice room and property. Staff easy to work with. Requested quiet room on top floor & they delivered a perfect option. Only reason it isn't 5-star is no breakfast offered. Very rare in today's world.

Nice size rooms, clean, nice layout, and true blackout curtains. Seems quiet, so far, and fairly priced. Service was ok but lengthy at check in. I've stayed here before with the same result other than the lady at front desk said they now put a $250 hold on your card for incidentals. I believe that to be unnecessary especially because I booked thru my Wyndom app which processed my payment and has access to my info. I told her I expect the hold to be removed when I leave in the morning around 7am. She said the room had to checked by house keeping and ok'd before its removed. She also added they have been having trouble with their CC system and it has been taking over a week sometimes. That's completely unacceptable and I'm pretty sure when I start making a scene and others figure out they too may have the same problem I think it will be taken care on the spot. All in all a good place to stay 1 night or a week but keep an eye on your CC account.
