You are required to make your own bed. The 20 inch TV goes on and off by itself. Note to folks who work on the road......DUMP!!!!!

I stayed at the Baymont by Wyndham in Fremont, NE this past weekend, August 23th to the 26th. We had three rooms reserved for the three member of our party, the day before we are supposed to check in we get a call from them along is it we could down size to two rooms, instead of three, because they had a large wedding party on Friday night that they needed an extra room for. I guess it was more of a directive as they didn't offer any other action. Bare in mind we had our rooms booked for months before this trip. When we checked in we were told that they would have to charge us for the this room, because they "couldn't change there computer" but we were told we would be refunded the extra room after checking out, well thar has yet to happen. Myself as well as my sister and father, who I was traveling with noticed that from day to day small things would be moved from were we placed them in the room, so we one someone would have had to of been in our rooms while we weren't there, despite having "Do Not Disturber" signs on our doors. Creepy.. The elevator landings all stunk like trash, because receptacles were never emptied..

Rarely do I find pet friendly to be more than pet tolerant. You not only made us feel at home, you made our puppies feel welcome as well. We appreciate it and will definitely come back next time we're in town.

Poor desk help. Sent me to the wrong room upon check-in, then she couldn't figure out what room I should be in. Upon check out, we were told that we were not reserved for our second night of stay even though we had the on-line reservation number in hand. We were told that they would have put our stuff in the lobby if they wouldn't have been able to accomodate us the second night. I have been working with their customer service for one month to get a refund, they still can't get it right! POOR SERVICE!!!

The clean comfortable rooms with lots of pillows and towels. Reastrant on the property was great. Price is high for one night. But staff and everything was great for our stay.

Ok, but in sore need of an update. Plumbing was outdated: the shower lacked pressure and the sink ran slow. There was also a distinct lack of power outlets near the bed. In a world where everyone has a cell phone and most use it as an alarm clock, there needs to be power options, rather than the only open power ports across the room from the beds. Was also disappointed the lobby had no coffee available at all and the closest thing to a breakfast was a voucher for a diner nearby that might cover 1/4 of a meal for two. That said, the rooms were clean and quiet, and a fridge and microwave were provided and the housekeeping staff were kind and efficient. It was alright but you could get a similar experience at one of the budget motels in town, or pay just a few dollars more for a significant upgrade.
