Absolutely horrible experience. Our hotel room was booked with a confirmation number/email under a wedding block two months in advance, yet the hotel had no record of our reservation or the wedding block for that matter (we confirmed with the wedding party it was the correct hotel). The manager, Marjorie, gave no effort to help us resolve our issue as it was looking like we might not get a room, since they “couldn’t find our reservation”. Luckily the receptionist was very helpful and courteous, and trying his best to get us our room. After over 20 minutes we finally were able to get a room for our stay, but it wasn’t the same type of room that matched our confirmation. Once we got into the room it immediately smelled of mold, the garbage hadn’t been emptied, the toilet seat wasn’t clean, the bed sheets had been turned inside out (were never cleaned), and there was a bed bug in plain sight on one of the beds. Sorry for the overly long review, but if I can prevent anyone from having to stay in this hotel then it is worth the trouble to read.

Not much at all. The front desk gal was friendly but was never there, had to walk in the back to get her attention.

Room is clean ish Lobby is dirty. It wouldn't hurt for the people sitting behind the counter to grab a broom or a mop. The elevator is worse. The beds are made up with sheets only. No blankets or comforters. This room isn't much cheaper than other rooms in town. I definitely will look around before staying at a baymont again. For around 130 per night I could do better. DISAPPOINTED

I can imagine that the motel 6 would be a better choice than this place. The bathroom had what looked like black mold all along the walls in the shower. The coffee pot had coffee crusty on the bottom from a previous guest. The rooms were dirty, beds not comfortable property is a little run down. I do not recommend this place at all.

Checked in around 930 and the lights above the sink were burnt out. Called front desk and she said, "there's no maintenance man for a couple more hours, I don't have the keys to the maintenance room, and we don't have any other rooms clean right now but there's people that will be checking in shortly so you can ask one of them to change rooms with you if you'd like." At this point I thought I was on candid camera or being punked or something. She then went on to say, "you have plenty of other lighting in your room" if this wasn't bad enough it was followed with, "we're only required to supply running water and a bed". This was over 2 light bulbs! Expect this type of treatment.

I stayed here summer of 2021. The hotel is okay, but the floors were really dirty. Plan on having black feet as soon as you get out of the shower and walk on the carpet. Bring flip flops. It kind of makes you wonder about what might be on the comforter and such.

5 STARS FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! To make a long story short, we booked a room via 3rd party (don't ever do that)!! Due to our schedule, we had to book different days. The 3rd party gave us the hardest time-we were stressed dealing with this issue for 2 days. Talking with the hotel manager, Margorie Smith, she was able to make it right and we could not be more appreciative as she took a lot of time helping us deal with this issue. Thank you SOOOO much Margorie!!! You are the best!!!! You went above above and beyond for us and if we are ever in Nebraska again, we are certainly going to stay at this hotel.

Our stay here was super! The staff was courteous and friendly and met our every need (extra coffee and towels when we needed them). The location is great too! Next door to Penny's Diner and within walking distance to Walmart, Dollar Tree, nail salon, and Cinnabon!! I would definitely stay here again!!
