Lost my wallet in the parking lot. One of the workers, Dan I think was his name took it to lost and found! Thank you for your honesty!!! Still good people out there!!!

Mostly because every employee makes a great effort to avoid customers. It's great if you're an introvert; but when you actually need help.... you're out of luck.

I spent more time waiting to pay for my five items than I spent walking the rows and rows of items. Never have they opened up another cashier if there are more than two people waiting in line like they advertise. Headed to Mead or Foster Lumber now on; enough is enough!

The guy in plumbing went out of his way to find a solution for my downspout troubles. Made me feel like I won the lottery when he came out with the last 4 inch 10 ft plastic pipe.

Always a good place to go for the things you get at Walmart that are better priced!

Menards is a great store! Much more to offer than Home Depot or Lowes. Wish they would expand further south!

I like the store and I'm happy with the service I usually get. Really sick of the mask thing! That boat has sailed! Give it a rest!

Has such a wide variety of merchandise and their prices are competitive. employees are knowlesgable of the store and can typically take me right to the item I'm looking for. prices are competitive with major retailers and are mostly lower than other hardware stores/chains. there's not a lot of major retailers in Columbus outside of Walmart so Menards provides additional variety and product offerings. oh and returns and exchanges are easy as well. I like that one can look up an old receipt to return an item in the event you no longer have the original receipt.

Very helpful. Anytime I am in menards there is always someone there to ask if I need any help. Being only 20 my boyfriend and I are in the process of remodeling our house and we have bought 95% of the supplies from menards and haven't been disappointed. Being new to the whole remodeling process we have turned to the employees of menards to give us a helping hand and we have currently completed two rooms. Very happy with the outcome.

Menards are violating our RIGHTS, as a individual. Its not mandatory to wear masks! But people who are told to wear masks if you Want to shop here. Some people have medical reasons why they can't wear a masks, under doctors order. They still will not let you come into the store with no mask. People need to wake up, the COVID19 is fake news. This business is communist. They dont care about you or your rights as a American. Menards you lost my business because of ur mandatory masks policy that you made up.
