John Henry's Plumbing, Heating and Air Conditioning

I've used John Henry's multiple times now for moving laundry upstairs, replacing an HVAC system, and various other small tasks. They are reliable and provide professional service. Where other contractors put you off or only complete a portion of the work and drag it out for weeks...these guys give you a date and complete the work in a timely fashion with attention to detail! Maybe not the cheapest but worth every penny!

My wedding ring went missing and my twins said that they had flushed it, I wasn't sure if that was a tall tale or the truth so I figured better safe than sorry. They came out, we're very professional, scoped my pipes and checked in my toilet. No ring was found but they did give me updates on my system and how my toilets were working and overall just very pleasant to talk to you. Give Cody a raise, he's one of the best plumbers I've ever talked to.

Josh was very friendly, professional, and informative. The cost was less than I had assumed and they replaced our 20 year (yes I said 20!) year old water heater that was due to croak at any moment. We signed up for the monthly plumbing membership because we liked him so much. Very good experience! And apparently they do remodeling which we have been wanting to have done. Thanks Josh!

We called in the evening that our water heater had stopped working and not only did the person on the phone help us assess the situation she got us an early morning appointment the to get the replacement replacement installed. The gentleman that did the installation was very thorough in explaining what could be done and was in and out in less than 2 hours. We will definitely use these services again.

Furnace Replacement. I had a 27 year old furnace that finally gave out. John Henry was quick to come out, diagnose the problem and propose a repair/replace solution. I chose the replace option. They added my payment for the service visit to the replacement cost. The were not only on time for both visits, but were early both times. They were courteous and clean. They worked very quickly and stayed on task. I would definitely recommend Justin R and Hunter S at John Henry.

We are more than pleased with the beautiful and professional job that was done with our two full bathroom remodels and full replacement of plumbing of our 1886 home. Kaylon and his team kept us well informed during the entire process. We appreciate their willingness to make changes as the project went along and the respect they gave to our home. We recently had our bathroom and kitchen remodeled by John Henry. We had not realized that John Henry provides this service and couldn’t be more pleased with the results. Justin and Kaylon were amazing to work with. They exhibited professionalism, demonstrated excellent communication skills, showed attention to detail and excellent workmanship and were very responsive to our needs as our daughter has autism and physical challenges and needed to have access to our first floor bathroom. John Henry's was great to work with! I had a gasket on my water softener blow out, spraying water everywhere. They came over on a weekend night, providing quick diagnostics and a timely quote for a new water softener. The service tech was very professional and able to give me an honest assessment of my issue and recommendations. They also followed up with me to assist with my options and weren't pushy. I HIGHLY recommend John Henry's!

I had new furnace and central air installed. Justin and Tony did an awesome job. Very polite and professional. They did a great job keeping things clean. They asked me for my input on on routing the new exhaust and intake line going to outside of house. It was all a great experience with these 2 guys. I would for sure recommend these guy’ s for any work you need done.

Our heating system just didn’t seem to be able to keep up in certain rooms. I called John Henry right at the end of business on Tuesday and they had a technician here Thursday. It wasn’t that cold out so we were just fine waiting for a tech to come to our home. I thought the turnaround time from when I called to when the technician could come was extremely fast. The technician was very polite, offering to put on shoe covers to which I said we have 3 dogs, there’s no need for that this house is lived in. He checked everything in every room and provided advice on having the ducts serviced. The cost was very reasonable. We are pleased with the professionalism and quality of work our service technician Zach K. provided. We will definitely be repeat customers in the future for all of our heating, plumbing, and ac needs!
